Its a SCAM!I ordered a birthday gift for a friend in advance. The delivery was late and in the end they didn't even go to her house, the basket went directly to a pick up spot. The flowers I sent were not looking good because they were in a box for at least 3 days. Some products were missing and most of the items in the basket I picked were replaced by cheaper things and they didn't even care that some of them were repeated.To say their costumer service is horrible would be a compliment. Most of the emails I sent were ignored and it is impossible to talk to someone though the phone. They never apologized or explained what happened to my order.

Unfortunately this company is a SCAM. Please do not order anything from them as you will loose your money and you won't get your order delivered. We placed an order more than 3 weeks in advance of delivery date to ensure that our basket is delivered in time for Christmas eve but it never arrived. We requested a full refund but company refusing to issue it. We will be taking this matter further and reporting them to Better Business Bureau and to Consumer protection BC and I suggest that anyone who had similar experienced like us do the same as it is the only way to stop this company from operating and scamming people in the future.

Well I ordered a basket for guaranteed delivery 19th December, ok the weather was bad in Vancouver and they could not deliver then. THis is were it all starts to go wrong, the tracking was awful, when deliveries were attempted no cards were being left, the company is not willing to help or give you details of the courier, and yet says ring the courier yourself when you are in another country. Eventually we found the courier left a note amongst mail for other flats, and managed to collect the basket. 8 out of the 12 items were missing and or replaced by either broken or inferior items or items I would never have chosen, a large standing Christmas decoration replaced by a stocking?? Something was replaced by two broken candy canes, can't imagine what as nothing like that was due. Totally rubbish. Have emailed in attempt to get this rectified but going by recent comments I do not hold much hope and will take it up with credit card company. -I have emailed the company and sure enough they replied saying that they can replace some or even all of the basket if they wish - great except there were 8 items missing and not 8 replacements and they were not of equal or same value at all and some broken. Totally unreasonable and after using other hamper companies in Vancouver without a hitch I can firmly say avoid this one totally.

I placed an order before the cut off time for next day delivery. The package never arrived and it was for a friend’s birthday. I emailed and called in the morning. Quick reply is email, but it didn’t address the issue. The representative was dismissive, and said emails/texts would be sent out periodically for updates and to keep in mind there are other factors that can cause delivery delays. An email was sent back saying it was understood on my end that in certain circumstances it can be delayed, but it was poor communication on their end as I did not receive any email/text/call to say it had been delayed. $18 is a lot for shipping, and if you place the order before the cut off time and for next day delivery, I think it should be followed through. If not, then there should be compensation. The next day, an email was sent out saying it was in transit and it was delivered.Very disappointing that I never received a response either. I won’t order from here again and don’t recommend anyone buying from here either.

Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. It's one thing for the order to be incorrect and another for the actual items not to be sent to the correct location. The driver supposedly dropped off the basket outside the residential building, but I doubt the order was even delivered from the get-go. I basically paid for a service that I did not receive and after asking for a refund or for the same order to actually be delivered to the correct location, Pallavi from customer service stopped responding. Obviously a business with no morals or ethics as it steals peeople's money without providing a service. Avoid dealing with company at all costs, it's a scam.

Started to use this company for sending client appreciation gift baskets. Provided there isn't any issues that need customer service they weren't that bad but god forbid you need to speak with them or there's a mistake with your basket as you'll never be responded to. If I had to rate them I'd say a 3.5 for baskets (when correct) and a zero for service on par with a CRA scam call asking you to pay them in bitcoin before they send your grandma to jail.

This company is terrible. I placed an expensive order- that had flowers and a basket. Something that was considerably less than what I ordered was delivered a week late. The flowers are still missing and it has been over 2 weeks. I emailed, left voice messages- the support line told me they can not give any refunds and call the courier about the flowers. Terrible customer service, no place for escalation . Recommend that no one uses them again.

Basket still hasn’t shown up after being ordered by my aunt on December 17th. It is currently the 30th of December. Do not order from this scam company.
