I usually hate calling or getting anything fixed myself that is car related because I feel when mechanics hear women they over charge and confuse a lot. I did not feel this way at Loyal Auto. Kan replaced my serpentine belt in my car within 1.5 hours same day even after I misheard him and showed up at 1:30 instead of the appointment at 10:30am. He was quick, efficient and very easy to talk to. He even stayed 15 mins past closing time just so I could pick up my car, I was stuck in traffic and he had an appointment but I needed my car the next morning early. I was clearly the annoying customer and I got amazing service! He was honest, quick and reliable. I will be sending all my family and friends to him!!

The repair shop was open pretty early~ around 9:30 am in a very accessible area. The technician was very nice and friendly! Will be coming here next time when I need a repair :)

As a young woman who has struggled in the past with shady mechanics who try to upsell you unnecessary parts/upgrades/fixes, let me assure you that Kan is amazing and honest and goes out of his way to help you at every turn. Never in my life have I encountered a more friendly, professional, or efficient mechanic with extremely fair pricing. I have been a loyal client for years and recommend him to all of my friends and coworkers regularly. I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars.

My husband went in for a routine oil change and the mechanic damaged the oil filter housing of the vehicle in the process causing a very expensive damage costing close to $1000 to repair. The shop offered no help to correct the mistake and has resorted to deny responsibility although the evidence collected shows proof of this. We are currently in the process of suing in small claims court. Avoid this shop at all costs if you value your vehicle, money and time.

I have had cars serviced by Kan and his team ever since i started looking for a Honda/ Acura specialist to replace a timing belt, for less than the unreasonable quote i got from the dealer. Ive owned many exotic cars and am very familiar with what the jobs entail - and what they should cost. For years I have referred many friends, who are always happy. The work is done professionally and always for a reasonable price. I'd say the level of service is BETTER than i received at the dealership and the invoices are always less.

Had an oil change and replaced my filter. The mechanic Kan was very professional, did the job well and didn't try to add things to the price or upsell me. Only warning is he's a very busy guy on weekends, so I had to book in advance. Would definitely come back to Loyal for any car issues I may have.

These guys are great, had a brake line leaking and was fixed very quickly. They were able to find the part for my 2002 Tacoma and they charged me exactly what the quote was. Very trustworthy and professional, will be back for any repairs I need!
