BEST PLACE TO BUY A RING! Do not shop anywhere else!I needed to buy a diamond ring and I didn't know anything about diamonds. Niel took the time to teach me the important components of what impacts the brilliance" of a diamond. This was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable in setting my budget. Niel was NOT PUSHY at all and even told me to shop around for a better deal if I wanted. So I did and I could not find anything of better quality at any other jeweler. DON'T LET DIAMOND STORE LIGHTING FOOL YOU! Unlike other jewelry stores Diamonds West DOES NOT use high-powered diamond lights. I highly recommend Diamonds West to anyone who wants to feel comfortable buying an engagement ring!"

The place does not answer any of my phone calls and even after filing a BBB report it has not bothered to call or email after the due date.

I had my ring completely custom made and Niel walked me through and was very informative and helpful every step of the way to make my PERFECT ring.I STILL CAN'T STOP STARRING AT IT !! : )

Excellent experience and unbeatable value.I'd purchased my wife's ring there, several years ago and what a deal we got! This is the best way to shop for a diamond/ring. Recently we needed to bring it back to have it resized and serviced and as always, Neil took great care of us. Do yourself a favor and stop by before you buy.
