My daughter went for a mani and pedi,Was supposed to be $50She told then she didn’t want shellac on her toes and they kept hounding her to get it. ( they did the same toMe when I booked 2 pedicures because why would we Wana sit in the chair longer for regular mail polish the guy said to me)She ended up with it.She is a nail bitter, the person doing her nails swore and complained the entire time doing her nails.Very unprofessional. She is 16 works at Tim hortons and chose to spend her hard yearned money at your business. Truly disgusting behaviour.$50 turned in to $75 plus she tipped because she didn’t want you to think she was a jerk For not tipping after you swore and complained to her all day.It was absolutely your salon at 10amThis morning , her name is grace, very disappointed in you

I love the team and Leela’s they are kind professional and know what they are doing. I come from Cambridge just to get my nails done here. They are always able to take my vision and implement it. If they are suggesting I do something different it’s because honestly what I’m asking for isn’t going to work. I have never had them try to upsell me or push me to do something that isn’t me.Everyone should come here

I went here today for the first time. I just moved to the area recently and thought I'd try it out here. I got a manicure and pedicure done and it was amazing! They did such a great job. The girl took her time and did a very good job painting my nails. It was the best manicure and pedicure I've had. The place is very clean and everyone is so friendly. My appointment was on time and it was excellent service. Il definitely be back!

What a great day! I went to Leela’s nails (located in Kitchener) to get a french manicure and the service was impeccable! Leela was warm, friendly and her attention to detail is second to none. She took great care to ensure that I received the best service possible. The facility is clean, tidy and well managed. I would highly recommend you check it out!

This Salon is truly amazing! Lee and Tommy are so friendly and professional and meet your every request! I go often and have waxing, pedicure and manicure. I can't say enough great things about how creative and lovely this place is. Don't miss out !

I absolutely love Leela's Nails! They are located beside my chiropractor, who I visit frequently. One day I noticed the salon had a different name than I remembered, so I went in to find that the salon was under new ownership. After a quick chat I took a chair and had a shellac manicure. The owners, Tom and Lee, and staff are so friendly and do a wonderful job on my nails. They care about their work and don't rush through it. I also love that their pricing is so reasonable. This salon is now my go-to for manicures and pedicures. My mom loves this place too.

I haven’t had my nails done in over 4 years and wanted to treat myself. Thankfully I found Leela’s this afternoon! Their service is prompt and organized, very clean, and the staff are very polite. I love the fact we had a conversation the whole time, it made the experience much more enjoyable and a lot less boring! Will definitely be back in the near future

Went for a manicure and pedicure for the first time, had a really bad experience. The customer service was very poor. Asked for regular nail polish for pedicure, they were trying to up sell, told me regular will come off really fast and nobody uses regular nail polish anymore. I should get shellac. Got regular nail polish at the end. The lady used a foot filer on top of my feet and scrubbed so hard that I have red marks all around the top of my foot. Asked for shellac manicure, lady talked me into bio gel. Told me my nails will break easily if i get shellac. Don’t recommend, will never go back. Very pushy.
