I needed a complete overhaul of my walk-in closet. I knew what I wanted , bought the necessary components and found a good company to install the parts after assembling them (as we all know everything purchased these days has to be put together). The company owner Carlos was flexible and easy to work with. The workers were pleasant and well qualified and I now have a closet that makes me smile. Special thanks to Sebastien.

I can not say enough good things about working with the Davinci Group. I am a real estate investor and had a 5/5 experience with Carlos & his crew. We recently completed full renovations for 2 of my apartments, which were delivered on time and he was open to feedback throughout the process including change requests. Highly recommend working with this team for quality work, reasonable pricing, reliability and a team that can deliver results.

They were quick and professional and very responsive at first. But beware if you have an issue with their work they become very unprofessional. They are good until you have a problem. Less than a month later in a new build bathroom I have water leaking before it was a utility room and I have video and no water leaks. But they are trying to say it isn’t their problem and they didn't cause the leak and it’s my whole house that is the problem trying to neglect their responsibility. He also thought he was texting his plumber but accidentally texted me instead calling my a trouble maker client all because I don't want my new bathroom to be leaking and get water damaged . I have proof of all this and have posted pictures. Further more to the company’s response it was their fault they just don’t want to take ownership for their work or mistake. I had my own licensed plumber there and licensed contractor who said the pipes should have been insulated before covering with drywall. The place where the bathroom was the ceiling was not previously enclosed so because they didn’t insulate the pipes and enclosed it condensation started seeping through the drywall. This was an oversight by the contractor but won’t take ownership. So if you want a contractor that can’t admit a mistake this is the one for you.

Carlos was extremely accommodating with my work schedule and the work was promptly done. Everything looks beautiful. Communication was clear with quick responses to address all my concerns and questions throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and will be looking forward to dealing with them again on my next project of a basement and kitchen renovation.

Davinci Contractors was in charge of a property we have in London Ontario and did an excelent work remodeling my property into 2 different units for rental purposes.We live in USA and travel to London once and felt confident about closing the deal with Davinci right away, Carlos gave us confidence and we were not let down.They are very professional and honest, and they did excellent job. We were regularly updated with photos of the progress. He was prompt at getting back to us and was able to quickly address any issues or problems that came up during the whole process. We were well informed all the time.We came back to receive the house and everything was done in the time scheduled and the outcome was outstanding; we certainly would use Davinci Contractors again without hesitation and Carlos has our strong recommendation.

Davinci Contractors Group did a very great job getting our basement bathroom and kitchen newly constructed. From initiation until the end they were very professional at what they do, was always ready to listen to our needs, and was very flexible with time when it came to meeting them even at 7 or 8pm in the night. We are very glad we chose them for our work, because they handled everything without burdening us in any sort of way, while they also gave us the option of making selections in terms of the tiles, vanities etc.Please give them the time they want because they would do a perfect job and actually will complete as promised so unnecessary intervening is not necessary at all.Carlos has a full team of very knowledgeable individuals, a designer, the electrician, a plumber, the one who does the tiles who know what they are doing and will do it right.Initially the thought would be they are more pricey when compared to others but when you see the final outcome its worth every buck you spent.Will recommend to anyone who wants some quality work done.

Don't bother with this company unless you want to be bombarded by excuses!The owner says he wants to make things right" when things go wrong but then focuses on higher paying jobs instead of finishing what's been started.And then
