The basket itself was decent. Flowers were beautiful and i would definitely purchase the flowers again. However; the delivery completely fell through and I had to get someone to pick it up from the store. We called twice to see if it was being delivered and they told us the driver was on the way, eventually we just had to go pick it up ourselves. And instead of offering us a refund for the delivery charge or even any other incentive the sales associate just tried to give us extra boxes of truffles which honestly doesn't make up for no delivery. Kind of disappointed in the experience.

Ruined my order and my surprise.Ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day, while living 4+ hours away.Called right away and asked several times if they can be delivered before 3pm before my mom leaves work. Was assured and promised more than once this would be no problem.3:40pm and still no delivery. Called back in a panic, they refused to cancel my order without charging me. Kept telling me that “they’re busy”.Changed the delivery address to my moms house. Flowers were delivered at 4:55pm with a delivery notice stating “by 4pm.”False promises from the start. They ruined the Mother’s Day surprise. I will not be returning and will never recommend.

I called to have a nice flower arrangement sent to the funeral home. I have never tried Victoria's Flowers before, but when Kathy answered the phone, she was so friendly and very helpful. She helped me pick out something real nice for my uncle. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She also assured me that they would be delivered on time. When I seen them at the funeral home , they looked beautiful. Thank you so much Kathy for your help. I will definitely come back again. I will also recommend you.Rob

I got my flowers for my wedding from Victoria's Flowers and everything was absolutely beautiful!! Kathy was so helpful and I'm pretty novice when it comes to flowers (also am from the states so I was really trusting these other reviews) so anything I was unsure of she would tell me what looked good and boy did everything turn out AMAZING. Also she was super willing to stay in my budget and let me know what my best options were. She was on time for her delivery and everything was correct. No mistakes. I couldn't be more pleased!!! Thanks Kathy so much! I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect!

Christmas of 2022 my mother of 76yrs old sent myself sister n aunt Christmas floral arrangements Dec 22nd Sadly next day they wilted over beautiful white flowers were yellow n fallen over. I called spoke to agent in store they apologized and sent both myself n sister another arrangement which we received April.3pm on the 23rd by 11pm 2nd arrangements were fallen and dried. I called store left messages being holiday I took pics to prove with time stamp now being the 1week back from holidays I hear nothing from store took upon myself to contact over phone n spoke to a lady who told me she would pass it on to Dat being Jan.16th still have not heard anything back. Very disappointing
