Would give 0 if possible- my child needs her meds but they don’t and won’t make her proper perscription. Instead, they split her perscription into 2 separate “scripts” and I pay twice as much. And I can’t not get the meds- my kid NEEDS it. Always a super long wait- even when they tell you it will be a 15min wait, I’ll give them an extra 10mins or even an hour and I still end up waiting at least 20mins. Nothing will change though- they know we all rely on the product, they’ll smile while you voice your frustration so service clearly is not an area of improvement that they are concerned about.I’m writing this as I leave- I went to refill at 11:45am and said I would return at 6pm. I gave them an extra hour and he told me I needed to wait 5mins, I go to the counter after waiting the 15mins I gave him and he then waits to inform me that they only have 7 pills…this is also a common issue with this location. I ended up saying screw it and I’ll find another spot that’s hopefully better.Just don’t go here! Don’t do it! Pay a little more at a smaller pharmacy and have your needs properly met the first time!

I went in to fill a prescription and when I got to the drop off counter there was only one person working. They were very short staffed and the pharmacist was extremely helpful and kind. The pharmacist took him time to explain the medication and was thoughtful with all our questions. I will always come back to this location.

The Shoppers itself is great, never had an issue.The pharmacy on the other hand is literally the most difficult pharmacy I have had to deal with. I order in my prescriptions with more than enough time to prepare them yet whenever I go to pick them up they are never ready. I was also informed today that I did not pick up a medication in December... It is almost April... Why have I not heard of this before? I also need my medication every day, I assure you if I ordered medication I picked it up.I switched over to this pharmacy because it is closer for me to travel to but it is not worth the headache. Go literally anywhere else.

I have finally had so many bad experiences with the pharmacy at this location that I’m going out of my way to post a review. Will never send another prescription there to get filled. They fill the wrong orders, don’t fill the right quantity, mess up the benefits and have made us pay when it’s covered, ignore you when you have a question (even if you’re standing there for 20 minutes with a 2-year old with double pink eye). I know they are busy but they really need to get their $@&&/ together. Never again!!! Stay away!!!

I have been with this store for years and am looking for a new pharmacy. Not only are the rude, slow, they lie I have been told I'm the only customer on one of my med and they only order when I need it. It's been a auto refill for 8 years so should not be a problem. But I do know I'm not the only person who takes this med same staff member tells me the next month that they didn't have any because it's a popular med and they run out. I ended up having to go 3 time in one month to puck up as they never had enough. The next month they don't even have the med. No one calls to notify me and the kicker. By law they are to report to the prescribing Dr if they are out so an alternative medication could be used. They never did and from end of December till mid January I didn't get the medication needed. And as of now gave my wife her life saving meds but only 32 out of the 300 she gets every 3 months as they are out.Try paying your supplier. And your stock my not run out for weeks. Stop telling people it manufacturing shortage . It's easy enough to call them and find out.

I usually never go to this shoppers. (The Ontario St one is better.) No one around to help me or the other person that was there having an issue. Didn't even see a single cashier during the 10 minutes I was there. Shop lifting is becoming more and more of an issue and this store just doesn't have anyone out front?

These guys are absolutely brutal. I also recall and day when the staff were more polite and attentive. The main pharmacist is a complete…….having our Doctor in the same building it used to be convenient to get our prescriptions filled downstairs. Now, not only are they never ready, you can come back 4 hours later, still not ready and not even filled correctly. Finally got home with the puffers we need for our 4 year old and they only gave us the orange and not the blue that our doctor ordered. Went back again (yes, 3 times in same day) with kids and they said they didn’t know I wanted both coloured puffers that my doctor sent?! This is the tip of the iceberg with this place. Let the other reviews speak for themselves, such a brutal place. I’ll be looking for a new location in stratford and won’t mind driving a bit to get this done professionally.

Always have issues filling prescriptions here. Poorly organized. They always have issues finding the prescription and often seem to have a hard time even getting a prescription in the first place. We are constantly back and forth with the doctor's office trying to fix their issues. Currently, I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Why is it so hard to refill a prescription? Years ago you use to just walk in and say you need a refill and they'd say that it would be ready in like 15 minutes. Now you call have to listen to bunch of Ads for Covid vaccines and then when you finally fill the prescription they say it will be ready in 3 days. They ask if you want it sooner so I answer yes and then it says it will be ready in 2 days with no option for sooner. Why? I don't expect them do it right away but you can't get an option for same day? I understand you can talk to them personally if you really need it that day but you should be able to request it same day through the automated service and not have go in and make special requests to make it happen.

the pharmacy is not answering the phone @ 3 p.m. on Oct. 29th. I’ve gone through three full cycles of recorded messages, multiple rings and reverts back to recorded messages, then complete disconnection and restart of a second call with similar delay - I’ve given up. Not sure now, how to check on a critical med that was to be delivered today. What has happened to the great service we’ve typically experienced until the last month or so?
