I was curious to try Bajan Tyga after really enjoying this type of sauce in Barbados. It did not disappoint! Wow! This is spot on! Really exceeded my expectations. So delicious and versatile. I would highly recommend.

Tyga is a different kind of hot sauce. It's almost a relish in presentation and consistency, and the blend of mango, mustard, turmeric and onion gives a unique flavour profile for the base. The heat is medium and mostly Scotch Bonnets, so I'll usually add another hot sauce with it to bring it up to my own heat level.That said, whatever you want to call it, Bajan Tyga is a staple condiment that you'll want to keep on hand.

Bajan Tyga is a mainstay of my fridge. I like the fact that, while it has definite heat, it's also tasty. It's great for an eggy breakfast, but also serves evening BBQs well. My recommendation: add it to tomato juice with some pepper for a great kick.
