Was waiting for my food with 2 other vehicles. I was the second vehicle. The first person got their food which is perfect, but then they skipped me and went to the third vehicle with theirs. They go back inside and 5 minutes later they came out with my food and dropped the bag. Then after they came out a couple minutes later to apologize not right away leaving me hanging. I sat there for another 5 minutes at the very minimum (probably was 10) as multiple vehicles waited and received their food behind me. Received my order and pretty much got nothing in return except for warm pop (no ice, didn't order the drinks like that).

It had been a while since I last visited a Micky D's so I thought that I would treat myself to a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Filet-of-Fish. Placed my order at the drive thru, order was confirmed, the price I was to pay was stated but not understandable thru the speaker. Drove up to the pick-up window and was asked to pay $16 for the two items. I was shocked! I politely declined my order stating that it had been a while and I was expecting to pay somewhere around $12 for my meal. The drive thru attendant suggested that I change my order to something a little less expensive. Sorry, I declined. I was too shocked at the $16 ask. Fast food used to be inexpensive, not any more. While I was never a regular customer, I'll not be back again. We'll go to the Girl with the red pigtails place" for our burgers."

The gentleman brought our food to the table. It was great. We didn't have to stand and wait for it. They were outta the dipping sauce I liked, but the gentleman offered to get me a different one if I wanted it.

Used to love this place. Ever since COVID-19 the place just felt sad and depressing, My son Shant loved to play in the playground but ever since then my son asked us to just get food at the drive thru and go the Seacliff Park ever since 2020 I drove my son to the Seacliff Park. Will NOT come back.

I am extremely upset. I drove all the way to leamington for my daughter birthday so she could play in the playground with her friends... just to find out it was removed 2 years ago... that is absolutely unacceptable that online shows there is a play ground and the sign outside says it. That is false advertisement and you absolutely devastated a 4 year old on her birthday. McDonalds is a multi million dollar corporation, you can afford a website update and a sign change.

I just want to put this out here. This happened today. I ordered my son a big Mac combo and my youngest son a happy meal came up to 18 and change. When I went and paid I gave the lady a 10.00 bill and paid the 8 something in change on debit. When I got home I checked my bank account and I paid a 10 even on debit. It's only a dollar and change i got charged extra. My concern is what if this happens regularly and people don't check their account how much more are they making from people. It all adds up. It happens today around 2:30

Waited in line for 25mins. Got pulled up and then they brought the wrong order. I confirmed my correct order. After this another girl came out to confirm the order. Again I repeated my order. A different girl came out and again asked for my order. I had to repeat my order again. Then a girl came out with food asks what my order was AGAIN, I told her no that’s not my order she goes back inside and finally our order comes out in its entirety. We get home and find that all the food is cold. Very disappointing, I understand that the staff is mostly students but to work in this industry there needs to be someone making sure orders are correct.
