- parking is hard to find by the building entrance.- entrance is hard to find. No signs from parking lot where to enter and find the lab- all chairs full, people standing waiting on their appointment in the hall which is the direction they give after check in. Too small inside.- behind in getting blood work done on time for appointments. Too far behind compared to other labs I have been too.- will not use this lab location again.

Was a 1/2 hour wait but that is normal these days. Staff was professional and Lydia drew blood and I did not feel the needle wow! She was very good at her job!!

Waited over five weeks to get the appointment.Showed up on time for my appointment but was greeted with over as 30 people waiting to be served (all with appointments as they don’t take walk in’s). With only 12 chairs in their waiting room that meant a large number of people had to wait in the hallway.Took 12 minutes JUST TO CHECK IN.Then waited 60 minutes to get in a chair to get my blood drawn.The staff were clearly run off their feet. One gets the impression from other clients that waits up to 2 hours is typical - all with appointments!Not impressed.

A small facility with probably with the shortage of staff and also limited seating capacity. It took more than one and half hour to get my blood work done as a walk in patient. It would be wise to get an appointment first, even though, they were also behind the schedule but only for around 45 minutes.

The technicians do the best they can. The organization seems good but the lineup at this location was a bit extreme from my experience. Be prepared to wait for a while if you are a walk in. This also may be resulting from our strained Healthcare system in general.

Waited 2 hours for a walk in. I would recommend an appointment if you're not in a rush. No organization or communication from the staff - air of confusion and frustration from the other people waiting. Still requires masks inside.

I could said that all the staff are professional and courteous but the waiting time is crazy I arrived early to my appointment and I waited approximately 2:30 hours and many people that had their appointment after me passed before me. What is the point to make an appointment.I even saw people really angry for waiting more time than me.I hope the administration could improve on the management of clients.5 starts to the staff

Staff is fine. Dynalife is bad and I don't know where to leave a review about them. Apparently it's now the norm to have an appointment yet wait over half an hour because of dynalife (this is according to the worker at this location). My experience has the wait times closer to the hour mark if not over. Last time I had to go out and say that I've been waiting for a long time and then I was attended. Because we don't have lives to live or work to do right? As well, the waiting rooms are more full now than I've ever seen. Dynalife really throwing a wrench in processes. What was wrong with the old system?

This lab by far the best lab I ever been to. I came in on time for my appt with my requisiton form, they told me that my doctor forgot to fill out what needed to be done. After talking my doctor it was 25 mins past my appointment time so I expected them to say sorry you have to reschdule but they still proceeded in taking me. I got the lady with the gold hair and she was super friendly and as well as the other staff. This review should be a 10+++ Thank you for making my trip easier.

Well I had a appointment with this location Wednesday at 11:20am. I truly wish everyone out there has the chance to experience a relaxing and almost enjoyable experience. I was greety in a calm and courtesy manner. Did not have to wait to long even though they were very busy.My lab technician was outstanding and this is coming from a person who hates needles. I will return to this location for any future lab work.James the Bond Myhre
