They advertise that the units have AC but the AC doesn't come on until June. So you basically have AC for half the time you need it.

A nice and modern rental condo complex with a small gym, game room and theatre. Great service turnaround time if you need repairs in your unit. However, the rental office issue handling is very inconsistent. I had an issue with their Snaile package delivery system and they couldn't resolve it, resulting in myself having to go to the office to pick up my packages every time. When we moved out and tried to find someone to take over the remainder of my month-to-month contract, the staff gave different answers and some of them were quite unhelpful. Lastly, they charged us $200 for some very minor marks on the walls.

Is not safe as you think it can be. A lot of packages are being stolen !!! A bag of kids toys it's been stolen in front of my door! Speachless...

I love living here.Sometime the management are slow to fix minor things. But it’s Covid times so I get it. And the building is always safe, clean, and well ventilated.This is the best building I’ve ever lived in and would recommend it to anyone.
