I am having an issue on a rifle and the fine folks at Grech have handled this in perfect form. The amount of care and detail I have received from this warranty issue has been awesome. John helped me out today and although he was busy looked for and found the tool I needed to unlock the J lock on my Remington 700 bolt. He had a couple extras and sold one to me for $5!Thanks John....I will be back.

John Grech helped me out in getting replacement parts for my Henry lever .22 rifle. John was super helpful and the parts he shipped to me came perfectly packaged with lots of padding, he had the parts shipped the same day I contacted him; all the parts were in perfect condition. All in all, John's service was impeccable, I will be contacting him for Henry parts in the future. Thanks John.

There are lots of bad reviews here, I had heard lots of horror stories on CGN...Based on my experience, they are undeserved. I contacted John after store hours on a Wednesday and by Friday he had replacement warranty parts shipped out to me for my Henry rifle. Prompt communication.Thank you!

Not a good experience, Shipped to Grech outdoors and he wanted me to pay shipping, emailed Henry Repeating arms about situation and they said free shipping. Not a great start for Grech. They received gun I couldn't shoot more than 5 shots before it failed with all sorts of different brands of ammo. Not hitting rim properly to light a FTFire. Got it back Grech said all fixed no issues at all. Went to range same exact problem. I think he didn't even look at it before sending it back. A very long story short. Henry made it right in the end and replaced rifle with another one. I wouldn’t buy another Henry tho unless they had other options in Canada for their warranty service.

Bought a Savage Axis 2 Xp combo gun 270 win, expecting a decent gun for the price I paid. Have had nothing but problems getting it sighted in, got it fairly close, as hunting season was coming to an end. Finally got the chance to shoot at a white tail deer at 150 yards and the scope went white, could not take the shot.Sent it to Grech Outdoors for them to fix it, under warranty. I got a call Christmas eve saying there was no information relaying what was wrong with rifle, I know it was sent with the rifle. So I sent pictures of the form of particulars that needed fixing and a picture of the ammo I shot through the gun, right after I spoke with a gentlemen from Grech. As the primers were being contacted different every time from light to almost smearing. I was expecting a new scope to be installed, but when I received my rifle in the mail. I opened it being excited it was repaired by professionals, but when I tried to read the work order you could barely make sense of it. After 12 shoots they passed the rifle, did not say anything about any repairs they came across or anything on what they may have fixed. Very disappointing on the quality put into the work order returned to the me. I do not recommend them for any warranty work, and will never buy another savage rifle again.

I figured out Grech pretty quickly 10 years ago. He is not a real gunsmith like he claims to be. He can fix minor FTF magazine issues etc...but give him an issue with an improperly chambered barrel etc...and he will just do useless stuff and still charge you $100+ an hour! I'm not sure how he got to be an authorized repair dealer for so many gun companies but he shouldn't be!

Abysmal customer service!!To make a long story as short as I can, I sent my Savage rifle to Grech Outdoors as they were one of the listed dealers for Savage warranty. After a month with no word on where my rifle was, I called, no answer. I emailed, I got a rude non-professional reply over a week later. Waited another month. Called, no answer. Emailed, no reply. This went on for 6 MONTHS... I finally was fed up with Grech's lack of respect and inherent incompetence, so I emailed Savage directly and explained the situation.. 6 days later my rifle was back in my hands. Savage took my rifle from Grech and sent it to another facility to be worked on because Grech had done nothing with it for the 6 months it had been there.This is a TERRIBLE company when it comes to warranty and I highly recommend people do not send their riffles here. I have read the other reviews for this company (after the fact unfortunately) and I can see I am not the only person whom has been put through their BS. Save yourself the hassle, go ANYWHERE else!

Sent my Henry in for warranty, Locking bolt broke, so sent it back got it back and after one round fired it broke again. Waiting to get it back to see, but I have doubts, they are just replacing the part again, and I know it will break again,. I won't buy another Henry again, if this is the service I can expect.

Had an issue with a newly bought Henry 410.Was directed to Grech Outdoors for warranty repair.Problem was resolved quickly and John was great to deal with.I’m happy Henry stands behind their firearms and has a great warranty rep for Canadian customers.
