Freddie's Fresh Cut Fries
Food took FOREVER for some fries and onion rings, staff were really snobby with all the customers I could hear interactions with. After all the wait, I got back on the highway to discover I had undercooked fries. Wasnt worth the time or cost unfortunately. Surprised to see so many good reviews. Maybe it was just bad timing.

Freddie's Fresh Cut Fries
Really good service and quite the expanded menu since the Treetop across the road closed. They serve breakfast in the morning, donairs, hot dogs and countless other meal options and of course delicious freshly made fries. The students working are professional, friendly and well trained. It didn't take long even at a busy lunchtime (right at noon).

Yummy poutines. Gravy is nice and hot. Fries are fresh and crisp. Generous serving of cheese curds as well.Always great to finish it off with delicious kawartha ice cream !

Ranks pretty high in the Frenchman's book of poutine. Haven't tried anything else but I'm sure the quality is up there as well.

Great place to stop in. You can call your order in while on the road. 12-14 tables spaced out for comfort. Large parking lot (camping trailers etc.). Decent selection of items (more then I expected, fries salads, so on).

Great French Fries - crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Their Poutine is very, very good and stands as proof that the best is found at these roadside stands. Service is fast and polite. Cash only, and there is *not* (as of this writing) an ATM at the Trading Post next door.*Update* Drove by at the start of November and they were all packed up, so apparently they close for the off season. I have no idea what the seasonal schedule is.

i ordered the philly cheesesteak sandwich, and i was surprised by the size.It was freshly made to order, with fresh ingredient and great taste. Definitely recommend to stop by if you are passing the area.

Expensive! Stopped for an ice cream and we literally got a tiny scoop on the very top of our waffle cone for $4.50 each! There was no ice cream in the cone at all. Then someone else there asked for a cup to split their pop they had just bought from there and it was $0.50 a cup! The ice cream tasted great, but their cost to quantity ratio isn't worth another stop.

I had a small poutine it was ok I also had a bacon cheeseburger it was not worth the 10 bucks pre made patty I expected real beef fresh made at that cost. Canned drinks 1.75 also over priced. In a final not the food was ok prices too high I can go to Boston pizza for 20 bucks and this cost me the same.Will not return
