Babies'R'Us

Horrible customer service - I will never shop at babies r us again! Placed an order on September 10th, waited until September 20th and it was never shipped. Phoned their customer service to inquire and was holding the line for over half an hour before I was able to speak to an agent. The agent looked into my order and said that she needs to initiate an investigation with a different department, which will take another 4-5 business days before they can get back to me. When I asked her why wasn't an investigation started already as it's been 10 days since my credit card was charged for this product? She said that's just the way our system works, you have to call us before we realize there is an issue. Wow! I then spoke to the customer service manager and said I'd like to cancel this order, she said ok I'll put through the request but there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled. Maybe it's on a truck ready to be shipped today (even though she said she has no information on where the order is at). She said if you get the order then just go to a babies r us store and return it for a refund. How ridiculous is this store?? They charge your credit card, doesn't ship the item as promised, doesn't even start an investigation when there's an issue until you realize the problem and call, doesn't do anything for you when you do call, and can't even guarantee a cancellation to refund your money??? I'm NEVER going to shop with this company again!!

Never had really any good sales. Been waiting for a certain stroller to be on sale. Turned out another company had it for even cheaper on sale. Vary disappointing on toys r us.

Susan was so helpful with my car seat escapade. I came all the way from calgary for a specific car seat and when it didnt work out, she was so patient, kind and knowledgable with other car seats. Thanks Susan!!

The registery completion coupon is a big lie. The customer service is awful.

This Store has the most stuff to pick from and the price matching is simple and easy. Great service and no issues ordering product.

There was a big ol' sign saying something was for sale, even though the sale had already expired. I was originally charged the full price, but after I explained the sign, a guy gave the sale since the sign should have been taken down, thanks for the good customer service.

A really great place to all your baby needs, staff is helpful when available.
