Firehouse Subs
I have always got the steak sub and my friend Jen got the club on a sub. The pictures are to show how little cheese is on both of them. Jen actually called to complained about not having any cheese, and was told they checked the cameras and they put cheese on both subs. So when Jen brought the subs back to the store and when she opened the containers they had to point out the cheese on the subs. We have purchased the steak sub probably 5 times and was wonderful with plenty of cheese. It’s the second time for the club on a sub, again wonderful. For almost $20 for a sub it should have cheese and consistent. Truly disappointed

Was given the entirely wrong sub which wasn’t discovered until arriving at home nearly 25 minutes later. Called up the store to ask how the issue could be resolved hoping for a refund and the employee and manager both refused, were rude and only offer was a replacement sub after arguing that they hadn’t made any mistake. On top of that they want us to bring the original wrong order back meaning I now have to hold on to a sub for 2 days just to make an unnecessary 25 minute trip to fix their mistake? Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, your store made a mistake, at least own up to it and treat your paying customers with some respect.

I have been coming to this location for some time now, and the staff here never disappoint.We have always been greeted promptly when we come inThey have a Great menu to choose from.I have tried most of the menu and have enjoyed every one especially their new addition The smokin triple stack.To date it is without doubt the best sub I have ever had.The staff are quite friendly and promote a positive atmosphereAs well when you eat in they bring you food right to your table and they check in to see how you are enjoying your meal and clear the table after your finished.Great Staff, Great service, Great Food

Probably my favourite sub chain. Full of items every-time I go, it’s well worth the price. One star off since they were out of a few things, and forgot a few toppings on mine and my boyfriends subs. They also had to charge us separately for the combos, since they didn’t hear us the first time when we were ordering that that’s what we wanted. May have been an off day though. Still was super good, and we’ll come back again.

Pricey but tasty. Seems you have to have a cell phone and WiFi to get a drink. Free WiFi was available however it was not working the day of. Thankfully had a data plan. Love the interior look. Lots of free parking available.

First time being here. First order came out wrong. Then they made them again. I got charged extra for mushrooms. Do you see them in this photo? Also, where is all the toppings? I mean I see a couple green peppers? Also, I couldn't even taste the dressing. Almost $20 and I get a much better steak sub at Mr. Sub and can see my toppings and it tastes 10x better. This was the WORST over priced sub I've ever had. I can't believe you actually get away with this. Trust me folks, go somewhere else. I'm sure they'll just tell the owner" and do nothing else to rectify the issue. I feel robbed of my money and let's be honest

I just had a hot and sweet meatball sub this afternoon and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and Hitath ( I hope I spelled the name right) was very friendly. I can’t believe how good my son was.

I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart.

This was our first visit to firehouse subs the whole visit was enjoyable! The staff were friendly and the restaurant was so clean. The food delicious the best subs we have ever ate! We will return.
