CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Completely useless branch. Cash is at the ATM only, and the machine can not provide all the bills. What kind of bank does not deal with cash?Inside was empty with only two staffers. One manager was extremely rude because I asked to split some bills to smaller ones.

Why there is no negativity star?? Extremely bad customer service! The manager there never knows how to make a smile, there is a teller who is an India woman, her attitude is awful, no patience at all! Bad banking experience!! I have been a CIBC customer for almost 15 years, and this is the worst branch I have ever seen!!!

Teller was rude and impatient treating a long term customer like dirt. Asked for a simple document was told she cannot give me. Instead gave me a handwritten piece of paper that did not even work. All this branch is good for is their ATM.

Hands down best CIBC branch in Surrey. Thank you Rose Deo for all the hard efforts and excellent consumer service.

20 minutes before closing all desks closed. Bank seems empty. Waited 10 minutes before someone came out to open a desk. Very poor customer service.Update:Had horrible interaction with teller Lulu and switched banks. Now getting a better deal down the road

Worst experience at all.Long lineups and all that person on the frontdesk can do - is only send you with your inquiries to ATM or other branch after 20 min staying in line.Staff is rude and pushy during phone call after getting email feedback with 8 points or less. But honestly even 8 points are way more than they deserve.Just wasting space.CIBC should shut down this location or add more helpful or qualified staff.

Completely useless. Created my account online and had to come to the branch to unlock it. It's been over two weeks back and forth. Now I see why they're giving money away.

They have 2 broken ATM but they didn't fix it so I waste my money and time. Their solution was just to go another branch but they don't give any compensation for my money and time. They are soooooooo mean and rude.

Even prior to covid this location has been useless. The no cash" policy not only affected me but also other individuals but also businesses I saw wanting to do cash transactions. The ATMs are only where you can deposit or withdrawal cash from so if you need to get change for your small shop or withdrawal larger then your limit on your card do not go here. It's the first bank I have ever seen that has had this policy of "no cash". Even now during covid they are closed which makes no sense as CIBC felt this location would be helpful for clients with physical cash. I needed a new bank card today and I see they are closed. This location was useless to me prior to covid and now confirms it still remains useless.CIBC should rethink their business model for this location or shut it down and let another business open in the location."

Renovations again. Sunday and I cannot get to the bank machine. How much of my money are you spending. This location went from a bank to an online banking center (yes a a strange as that sounds) just recently. Now more renovations. Wow.
