Love the staff there, I go daily multiple times a day and am always greater with respect. If there is a problem they have it fixed quickly. More items need to be made available in the evening. Soup is one of the biggest offenders for being sold out" too early."

Very bad service, I go through the drive through asking for ice cup and some other drinks for me and my friends i get the ice cup open and the ice cup was like water. The guy who take our order was very rude. I ask for the manager and they told me that he was not their and they can’t do anything.

This is about what I'd expect from a visit at Tim Hortons... I asked for no mayo and this is what I got I think anyone who has allergies might not want to go here... Also had an opened thing of butter in my bag and it leaked everywhere I have to clean a huge portion of my floor

Double drive thru is a disaster. If you pick the shortest line you may still end up waiting. Especially if the people in front of you ask for a few seconds with the menu.The lady at drive thru said she will skip them and go to the other side if they need a few… so people, STOP taking a few minutes to order. If you need time at the menu, go inside!There were at least two cars that got skipped and I ended up quite a few behind where I should have been if they followed the order that’s more logical.That being said, I’m surprised by all of the negative reviews. There used to be a guy that worked here that was so amazing, maybe when he left, the whole place lost it’s sparkle. My drinks were correct and once the line started moving from the mess up at the double drive thru area, all was well.

I wish I could give less than one star. Short of staff and bas customer service. They don’t know how to make the wrap. Please get some lessons from the north side tim horton. North side tim is the best. Downtown one is worse

It's been a long time hang out ..... The people coming and going can sometimes be a bit shady , .... But tim Hortons is just a good spot to meet with the friends

I was in the middle of telling my order in the drive through and he started talking orders on the other laneI asked for a full bun and butter with my chicken noodle soup wow this was easily over 2 tbsp of butter

Those donuts see me go nuts, they be cream filled so I'm thrilled! I like chopped nuts until the door shuts! With a peach juice so I let loose! How bout some bacon that they are making with all fresh baking that I'm taking! Damn it sure be nice, when I go Timmy's I hit it up twice!

Embarrassing level of customer service. I made a simple drive-through order, 5 bagels with cream cheese, and 2 coffees. 1 bagel had no cream cheese, and 4 had barely any. I drove back and went inside, only to wait nearly 10 minutes for them to figure out they accidentally charged one bagel with just butter. I asked if they could just put cream cheese on the one bagel, and they then insisted they would need to charge me $1 extra! I already paid $4 for almost no cream cheese on my other bagels. LOL. I told them to give me the bagels back and left. I would have been happy if they just put some cream cheese on the bagel they screwed up the order on, never mind the other 4 they cheaped out on!! Won't be going back to this Tim Hortons. $20 for dry bagels...
