Karen was amazing in helping me recover quickly from my injuries. I was back to running within a week of receiving therapy. Karen is so knowledgeable and friendly and her staff are welcoming- I would highly recommend seeing her.

Karen Tyssen is extremely qualified to diagnose the issues and her team of professional therapists are the best at delivering the treatments and exercises required to get me back in the game. The Downtown London office is always my go-to physio location when I need their services.

Absolutely wonderful staff and service. I have been to different physiotherapy offices and this one is by far the best. I was very impressed with their knowledge and after my back surgery in the future will be pushing to come back to this particular office. I recently completed a clinical placement as a Physiotherapy student at this clinic, and my experience there was fantastic. Karen was my supervisor, and she did a terrific job at mentoring me, getting myself prepared to enter a career in the field. The front desk staff were excellent as well, always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. In addition, the other Physiotherapists at the clinic also went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and always asked if I needed any help. All in all a fantastic experience at the clinic, and would very much recommend seeking Physiotherapy treatment at Lifemark in Downtown London! You will be in great hands!

Everyone, from the people at their front desk are helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The physio therapists are prepared, definitely seem to know what they're doing, and enjoy their work. The exercises they've taught me are really helping.(I'm a musician with osteo and carpal ...yikes.... Just to let you know the injury/pain they're working on the me)

The experience for treatment at this downtown Lifemark location was just excellent! Nathan the physiotherapist was personable, thorough yet sensitive to the situation at hand, and was very professional. Adrian his assistant was helpful, pleasant and great with the ultrasound treatment and clay heat pad. I am recovering quickly as a result of such good care. Also the facility is super clean and has all the equipment for aid to clients. I highly recommend this location!

This place fulfilled my medical needs in the most important ways.With myself dealing with a light fracture and needing physiotherapy, I was looking for a place where I could get to easily and have hours that allowed me to use their services without losing work hours in my Monday to Friday job. This place matched my needs perfectly within walking distance of home and with operating hours on Saturday.With a fully equipped facility and trained professionals, my personal path to recovery is being covered in the way I most needed it to.

Karen is the best. She was so accommodating and a delight to work with. I recommend her highly. Her skill level was top Knotch. I look forward to working with her again for my left knee!
