Denny's Touchfree Car Wash Full Service

Overpriced car wash, that does half the job. You are supposed to wash cars thoroughly and then dry them...!!!You don't let water dripping off cars to dry in the sun, and fork water spots!!!!For $57 you would expect excellent service, but it's business, and the staff are poorly trained, for obvious reasons. Staff are paid minimum wage and they half heartedly clean cars. Not the place I will ever visit again. No thank you!

I think if you set your expectations as this being a general (if that) interiors wipe .. you will only be moderately disappointed. This place came recommended and I was shocked with how they gave me back my car. They didn’t even wipe down the dash, steering wheel was dusty and they left the cup holder dirt in the cup holder but I was just swirled around with water. It was so bad that I showed my friends because I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting and I NEVER complain about services! My friends insisted I go back and ask for my money back. I wouldn’t ask for a refund but I did go back and kindly ask what I should expect and pointed out the full areas that were not even wiped. The men were all crossing their arms and ridiculously defensive that I regret even going back. They said “fine we can touch up that spot”. I had lots of eye rolls and laughter. I would never recommend this business, even the time it has taken me to write this review has been energy this company doesn’t deserve. I have photos that I will attach.

Stay away from this place. This use to be a very good car wash not any more. Paid 50 dollars for a car wash and car is full of dirt inside which could have been easily cleaned. Asked the guy who worked there but he won't admit nor try to clean this. They wash the mats and would them inside the car with water puddles on it. Will never use them again.

I’m giving one star because because there is no option for zero stars.This is the most pathetic car cleaning service you can ever go to. You wouldn’t get any value for your money even though you take the best package they have. Awful customer service and useless/unskilled staff. Please DO NOT waste your money.

The service at this location was very disappointing. I have been congers for many years but my experience last week was subpar. This is no longer 5* service. I have a SUV. The exterior was washed and the mats cleaned but it seems that 6 people couldn’t vacuum nor wipe the inter windows. For $60+ I will not text his place anymore

I’ve tried many car washes around Toronto and Mississauga and I can say with confidence that Denny’s is so far the best one yet. I come every week. Service is consistent every time and attention to detail is always on point. Well worth your money. Highly recommend this place if you car about quality and want to take best care of your vehicle.

Was at Mississauga location last week with my model X Tesla… first they didn’t no how to open the doors and was pushing it up by hand..I had to run out to stop them…then my inside had mud on seats when I didn’t have mud in my car at all.. it was from dirty rags they used outside.. didn’t clean back seats when I paid extra for thatAnd cup holders and all the front wasn’t clean.I use to come here all the time, once a week but after my last visit I won’t be going back… it’s too bad because I loved the service they use to have.. I think it’s time the owner over looks on how the staff is working, because clearly they don’t care… would come back if service gets better

Came here on May 18th and got their 5 star service. Would’ve been a decent job if they hadn’t scratched the dash on my car. They asked me to come show the scratches and they flat out refused it was them saying ‘we clean in a side to side motion not up and down’. Are you kidding me?The manager straight up looked at me with a blank stare after deflecting the blame. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional.Waste of time. Don’t go here. If you value your car, just don’t. Seeing their recent reviews it’s clear that there’s been a pattern of subpar to poor detailing.There’s plenty of alternative options in Mississauga with higher reviews than this mediocre detailer.

We had come here regularly before but the service has dropped to low level. Told them about few area to clean with one area with at times food smell even when it’s all clean- the guy said will clean with soap it as I got full package. Saw the guy throw out my cap - went back and he said it was a mistake- no problem . Ignored it. Then went back again to remind as they didn’t clean well. Told the manager who was v rude. Later when in a area outside I was on my phone writing he comes behind me and looks at my phone- saying “thank you for one star review”— I had not even posted or written anything. So much for customer privacy. Then went to car and told his crew something who rushed clean up n stopped while he did some clean up himself for less than a minute (hopefully to correct there mistake but I doubt). I received the car with quite a few areas not properly dried. I have images to back it up. I didn’t want to spend any extra minute and left. Unfortunately this is likely my last visit here before I used to recommend them to friends and family but there performance has dropped. Plus absolutely no respect of privacy by what the manager did.

Worst place to go for, I paid for the 4starts package. The internal cleaning was disaster they literally just vacuumed and their vacuuming is so bad. They did a good job on the external cleaning. The staff is not friendly. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
