Had a great experience with Maxine today! I went in looking to correct the brassy/orange highlights I had gotten from a different salon. Maxine did the perfect job toning it and I walked out with the colour I had originally been looking for and couldn’t be happier! Thankyou so much ❤️

The bestest haircut ever! Brandon did an amazing job with me, a very difficult and not easy to please client. He explained each step and ensured my comfort level before proceeding. Great communication skills!

I highly recommend Brandon. Recently I went to the salon with some fairly damaged long hair and thought my only option would be to get it cut really short. Brandon thought through the options and was able to avoid the really short cut. After some treatments and a good hair cut, my hair looks much healthier and is so much easier to manage. I've been here a few times with Oana, and she does a fantastic job each time. She took me from brown to blonde and did a wonderful job making sure it turned out beige instead of orange. She always explains her thought process and how the colour is going to take in the hair. I'm always happy with the colour I have coming out of the salon, and feel safe and comfortable going here. Abbey is probably the best stylist I have ever been to. She worked with me and my fave shape to come up with a look I love. She took her time and worked with me every step of the way. I’m so impressed, and I will be back again.

NEVER GO HERE. WARNING. DONT GO HERE!!!!! The woman ruined my hair and there was zero accountability after. She was marketed as a 20 year experienced colour specialist from Montreal. She over processed my hair the FIRST time she went in….. and there was breakage and it was coming out like cotton candy. Falling apart. Mushy. There was severe bleeding and insisted on going back in and processed again - assuming a 40 developer. After I asked for the next stylist who had to fix it they refused to tell me what formulas they used. They offered to give me 2 free toners and 3 professional treatments at Zazou and then rescinded the offer without explanation. Has this woman even touched a foil? The roots were so hot she clearly used a 20-30 developer in the toner ….. It should be a 5-10 max….. could have done better with less damage with blondisma, a cap and my 16 year old daughter. Her excuse was “I’m new to this line” but how does that explains the bleeding in the foils and clearly not reaching my roots. She ruined my hair. And the toner won’t stay in my hair because of all the damage so now I’m stuck toning my hair every 2 weeks. I’ve priced it out and will cost an additional $2500 for the next year for treatments, at home treatments and bi-weekly toners in addition to what I normally pay. The top of my hair has pieces that broke to 1” long. I’ve lost density. And I already have hair loss due to Lupus and slow hair growth which was communicated in the appointment. NEVER GO HERE. EVER. THE WORST.
