I am very disappointed. Pulled into one of the bays and no soap, little water pressure after depositing $3. Moved to the next bay. Put in $1 and realized there was no knob on the selector. Moved to the 3rd bay and deposited $3, still no soap. After $7 in, and no wash. Called the number listed for assistance on May 11th with no response. Its not worth your time or energy to give this company your business. Called numerous times now with no care or followup.

Bay 1 doesn’t dispense soap through the wand and it was leaking water from the articulating device on the ceiling.Also absolutely filthy dirty in the all bays. Years of sediment accumulated. No excuse.

I have visited this car wash numerous times. It's average. Well used so hose hooks and the like are either not working or inefficient. the brush is often dirty so I don't use it. However, it does the job for taking the main dirt of the car. Best car wash on the island by far is the one in Clarenville. Very clean and it has heated stalls and warm water wash. Luxury!

I’d be better off if I made the trip to the one in Gander instead. Better use of my time. Extremely run down facilities. It took me 10+ minutes just to get the payment machine to work. Actually machinery looked very outdated. Buttons were all worn down, just disappointed .

What a dump is right. Self wash machine didn’t work and no phone number to contact for refund. Went thru touch less wash afterwards and hardly any soap and just a basic wash and paid for a regular.If the owner is reading this I’d like my $12 back please. At least have a point of contact for issues.

This place is sad and pathetic. The bays look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Dumpster is overflowing. Half of the bays don't work. No soap or detergent on any of the settings except for the brush. The brush just laying on the floor because the hook is broken. The brush was full of dirt. Management/Owner needs to do better.Used Bay 4 on April 11, 2023. Wasted $12.
