Came in with 3 inches of hair and asked them to take about a 1/3 off. Walked out with less than 1 inch of hair. Why don't they do what I ask?

Just had my husband get a haircut from Laura. Cannot express how wonderful she was, as my husband has dementia. She went out of her way to make sure he was happy with his cut. Laura, you are top notch stylistExceptional customer service so important in a business in these times and she rates an 11 on 1-10 scale.

My husband ask to cut hair with tools to go on razor 1 for hair 3 for beard this did not happen will no longer use their service as they do not listen

Ask for an appointment with Lynsey, she's excellent. I went to her on the recommendation of my cousin's wife and three daughters, and I couldn't be happier. My hair is super long, and Lynsey figured out a style that would best suit my hair texture and thickness based off the style I wanted. I've had tons of compliments on my hair since I saw Lynsey!!!

Worst haircut of my life. I asked for an asymmetrical bob, shoulder length at the back and collarbone length at the front. She hacked my hair off to the base of my skull in back and barely at my chin in front. It's horrible. 3 inches shorter than what I asked for and I even told her while she was cutting that it was too short.

Great place but busy as they take walk-in in only. I find it good for people like me who have sudden plans due to the type of schedule.Good service, reasonable and good haircut
