NOT EQUAL treatment for everyone. My son 7 years beginner" and he got injury I do not know how this happen

I tried to book a birthday party and put a deposit down on a day I wasn't completely sure about but it was all they had open, then I find out they want to keep 50% of my $200 deposit if I choose to cancel party.They say it is in their agreement yet charge my credit card before I am sent the agreement. Please be very careful before you give Marion your credit card #.I have still not been able to speak to Kaitlyn and get this settled as she sends me emails and says she is available then does not answer.Shauna Lingnau

Very poor customer service.I respectfully emailed administration because my daughters were not enjoying their new coach but had been loving gymnastics with their previous coach and Brenda replied telling me my daughters “were lucky to have her.”Never received an apology or sorry to hear that.Also very unethical as they didn’t rehire a coach based on personal health information. So disappointed with my experience at Marian.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. I don't know what kind of business they could be running when you leave multiple emails, call multiple times and don't get a response. Moreover, you go to the times which they have class and you don't see anyone who deals with administration and the coaches apparently don't know anything and just come in to teach". This is the definition of poor customer service and negligence of these so called "high quality" staff. My son was terrified of the coach and on finally getting in contact with the administration they downplayed my son's fears and uneasiness with the coach to LIE and fabricate a narrative that my son would be perfectly fine with the coach after the second class

Our daughter has been loving her experiences at Marion. The coaching has been so positive and encouraging. We have seen pure joy and excitement in our daughter to go to class and when she tells and shows us what she has accomplished. Thank you to the Marion staff and the wonderful coaches (shout out to Coach Thai!) for keeping it safe and clean and so enjoyable!!

Great Club. Great coaching. Possibly best in Western Canada. I would invite you to note the wide variation in reviews... 5 or 1.... this tells the true story.Our experience has been great. Prepare your child to be challenged.My daughter says “You will make great friendships that will last a lifetime. Club is great, you can go far if you stick with it. Coaching is phenomenal. It’s not easy but it’s worth it”Side note:We have observed “0” prejudice whatsoever!

We so desperately wanted to have a positive experience with Marian after hearing so many wonderful success stories and positive recommendations; however, we simply did not.The class we attended was very crowded and while everyone was wearing masks, I found myself uncomfortable with the crowd. This did not play a role in the rating I've provided, but is something to consider.My son twisted his ankle during the warm up (bumping into other kids) and was visibly unable to put pressure on it (he eventually did walk it off, thank goodness) but we were ignored entirely. I was a little put off by this, but let it go at the time because of course there were many families and kids to attend to.We returned to the gym and were split into our respective groups, but things didn't improve. The instructions were really complicated for the age group and my son immediately lost interest because he couldn't remember all the various tasks. I don't know about you, but if I don't believe I can succeed, I lose interest too. My son's lack of interest was frustrating for everyone but we tried to tough it out. We should have just left.The instructor we had was really friendly but did not command the class or speak loudly enough to be heard over the noise which made the experience even more difficult.We saw the other kids enjoying their time, but this just wasn't the right environment for us.The cancellation process was fairly stressful as Marian Gymnastics does not answer the phone - ever. I called for a week to listen to the pre-recorded message. I finally connected via email/Facebook/email again and received less-than-desirable service/communication, which is understandable because who wants to help someone looking to cancel; HOWEVER, we fully intended to cancel for now and return when my son is a bit older with a better attention span. Unfortunately now we just simply won't be back.To any parent with a child who has attention challenges and/or doesn't do well in crowds, I recommend going elsewhere. It was a lot of money to forfeit to take a chance" on Marian."

Brought my 3 year old son for gymnastics. The coach was great with him and he had a lot of fun. His coordination is improving and he is learning a lot.

The admin staff really needs some sensitivity training on how to affectively deal with patrons of their services and it would be a lot better if they would program teachers based on the ages of the children participating. We had one amazing teacher named Kaitlyn for the first session and then the next session an absolutely clueless man that had no idea how to even speak to the ages he was teaching, all while we were supposed to trust him alone with them on the first day. Super disappointing. Also we only attended the first class with the new teacher, knew it wasn't a fit instantly and received $120 refund of the $370 class almost three weeks after we had informed them we wouldn't be back. This place really needs to read the room and come to terms with the changes in the culture of gymnastics. This was a lot of money to invest in a class but the inconsistencies and general rudeness of Brenda and Don really solidified our staying away from this toxic environment.

We used the recreational side for a birthday party and it was horrible. I do not recommend going here!! Rude workers and very strict rules that make no logical sense.
