Mastermind Toys

I was at this location today buying a gift for my niece and was so kindly greeted by Charlie. He was very well educated on the toys and gave great suggestions. I will be recommending this store to all of my family and friends!

Great place to by kids toys. A lot that kids could learn from but they would also love playing with them. The people working there are very helpful especially the one young fellow ( I can't remember his name) but he meets you as you are coming into the store and he is very very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again to get stuff for my grandson.

We bought toys worth 180 dollars had issue with one product called in we were missing the receipt lady said she don’t have same staffs working everyday and refused to even accept anything. I called in the next day of our purchase. Well she didn’t even help me pairing the remote with the car. I thought store front are there to help you but no. She said we can’t find out about the transaction if it was from her store. Every store has a bar code that belongs to that particular store. Not worth of a place to buy . Good luck

I just recently moved to London and cannot say enough great things about the city. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly - except at the toy store?The staff is consistently unhelpful and don't acknowledge you. A comment for Ellen in particular - if you don't like people or children, I have to question why you would work at a toy store.

Christmas shopping can be stressful at this time of year. If you are wondering where to go choose Mastermind and if Charlie is working you will find it to be the most fun and welcoming experience. I don’t think I have ever met anyone as kind or as excited to be helping others. Master mind you are very lucky to have someone like Charlie.

Great selection of toys and helpful staff. We'll continue to shop here but had an off experience today. We came into return a Bruder truck. The manager almost did not approve the refund (but she did thanks! ). She said that the box had been opened and the toy removed from the box. She said she could tell because there were tie straps missing that hold down the truck and tape missing from the box. However here's photos of the same brand new truck from their competitor (it was $30 less), without tie straps, loose in the box, and no tape on the box. I would highly recommend inspecting the toy before with the staff before you leave the store as you might be stuck because they aren't familiar with the packaging.

I was in your North London location today with my mom to do a little Christmas shopping, not only was everything we bought on sale for a great deal we also had the pleasure of meeting Charlie. He was so friendly and willing to help with anything we might need! He told us to make sure we come back and we definitely will!

The staff here are incredible. I was approached multiple times by different people while browsing for some toys amd offered help and advice on the products they have. The store is clean and well laid out. They have gift wrapping as well as online pick up.. I will continue to shop at this store in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for world class service.

A friend and I were there Christmas shopping today, All of the staff were incredible and very kind and it was so nice to see the diversity within the staff. There was one who stood out in particular, an incredibly kind staff, i think his name was Charlie, but he made sure we were having the best experience possible “because thats what a toy store like this is all about” he said. He made sure we knew we were kind, incredible and beautiful people. Every time he spoke to use he gave us three different compliments! He made us laugh and feel very valued while shopping. He even carried our purchase to the free gift wrapping station! I think the world needs more people like Charlie in it. Great job Mastermind Toys, you hired an amazing worker who clearly loves his job and the role you’ve given him.Charlie if you see this, you are incredible and I hope you never change!

Was generously given a duplicate gift by out of town family, with no way to get a gift receipt. I tried to exchange an unused and in original packaging with their stickers attached toy and was told no. For the price of their items, I would expect a better customer experience. I was made to feel as though my request for an exchange was ridiculous. With competition such as Amazon,Walmart, or Toys R Us offering a better user experience, and sometimes better pricing for similar toys, I would frankly expect better. Disappointing experience at a small business when trying to shop small.
