Regent Park Medical Clinic

First excellent health experience in this city in years. Front receptionist was polite and noted where to send any prescriptions. I was in to see a Dr. Within 20 min, he had great bedside manner. Listened to my concerns, answered my questions an resolved my health issue after Northgate Walk In treated me horendously yesterday.Thank you guys. Please remember though you're overworked and underpaid- some of us still very much appreciate this type of experience and to know some Drs and health professuinals still care

First time here. Walked in, gave my details and I saw a Doctor within a few minutes. Dr. K(?) was kind, considerate, and took his time. He even followed up with me when I was sick at home. Pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

The receptionists at the front are not accommodating whatsoever, I had a bad experience there for walk-ins. I will no longer visit this clinic.

This clinic has the worst hours in the city and the staff doesn't seem to care if your time sensitive prescription gets refilled. They're open until 6 but don't expect service after 4 apparently. They also don't answer the inquiries from their website, and don't even apologize when you call them out on that. So incredibly disappointed with the service. Took three tries trying to make am appointment and still couldn't get one. Next place I called I'm in tomorrow night no problem. You people really need to think about who you are providing service to and consider what hours might be best to serve those people.

I don't understand why every time I go, they ignore the in person patients to talk over the phone, yet when I call to talk to reception, I'm on hold for over ten minutes (multiple times). I have never felt welcomed by the astoundingly apathetic receptionists. The doctors are not much better. Doctor E Moore lacks empathy and cannot do what his patients need from him. He has written me two prescriptions that were entirely unnecessary, and when I asked for a specific medication a pharmacist recommended, he literally googled the medication and wrote me a prescription that was never sent to my pharmacy. Can't even do what's asked of him! The entire office is drowning in incompetence.

Wonderful experience with Regent Park Medical Clinic. Dr. Lawani is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of the health of my family, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and cares for a patient as a person with outstanding quality medical care. And the staff has been always helpful and kind. Especially Mr. Jay Patel, the clinic manager, is too very helpful and always ensures that I don't have to wait at the clinic. He always makes sure that I get to see the doctor on time so that I don't have to extend my break when I am visiting the clinic from the work directly. He also helps with booking phone appointments with the doctor as and when required. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends.

Went for walk-In appointment shortly after open and was in and out within 30 minutes. Clinic is very nice and extremely clean and has a pharmacy attached. Receptionist was quick and nice. Doctor we saw was to the point and answered all questions we asked without rushing. Happy with the experience and overjoyed on the time it took as was anticipating 2-4 hour wait at a walk-in.

My sons child specialist is here. Dr Alphonse. He is so nice & caring, reception is amazing!! I enjoy going to this medical clinic for my son as it feels like they care about him as much as I do.

Avoid this slum of a clinic at ALL costs. I don't care how sick you are, it isn't worth it. The staff is wildly incompetent and compensates for their incredible shortcomings by being rude. Sask needs to better vet who they allow to run clinics in this province. Appalling experience with this place.

I have experienced none of the negatives expressed by other reviewers. I have always been treated courteously by the front office staff. My appointments are handled with minimum delay and even the single walk-in had me seeing a doctor within a half hour.Dr. Eric Moore is thorough and takes the time to clearly explain the results of his examination.I am grateful to be a patient of this clinic.
