We did here vaccination for our small baby.Nurse was so kind and helpful.Gave as a lot very useful information.

Easy to find parking, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The nurses who did my little ones shots were very friendly informative. I would absolutely go back to this location.

Fantastic service. The receptionists are super friendly and will do everything they can to book an appointment that works for you. The nurse who vaccinated my daughter was incredibly knowledgeable. Plus, she was so gentle my daughter didn't even cry when she got her shots .

I visited the centre on a Friday morning for an infant immunization. It looks like they hired a new receptionist. My experience with the receptionist was very positive. She is kind and patient, she uses her soft voice and makes you feel comfortable. The nurses are always exceptional at this location. I’ve met three of them so far and they all meet my expectations 100%. During my most recent visit the nurse was simply fantastic. I can’t describe the level of comfort that she provides to the babies and their parents.

The Nurses who gave the injections to my kids (Fran and Janice) were very friendly and patient. The receptionist (old lady) was super rude and aggressive, she shouted at us to keep distance not knowing that I have two kids with two appointments to immunize. My mom was carrying the other baby and we entered together.The call center gave the first appointment to the older child by mistake which made the receptionist insist to let my older daughter to get in first however the younger baby won’t wait and needed to be breast fed if he waited and I arranged for him to get immunization first.I gave her the consent for my mother to enter with my daughter and I would wait with the baby but she refused and told me I have to enter with her to the nurse. Very impolite treatment.Never visit this branch

We booked our 2 years and 4 years old son's appointment for 1PM and 1:30PM today(December 13th 2022). The Nurses who gave the injections to my kids were very friendly and patient. The receptionist is super rude and aggressive, she shouted at us to keep distance, we have both kids with two appointments to immunize. In the end of our sons injections, our nurse offers give flu shots for all of us (same as the nurse booked our Appointment on the phone has mentioned: flu shots are available for the kids here, but since you’re all here, maybe nurses could do it for dad and mom too, only if the nurse having enough time), then the receptionist acted like a crazy person after she hear this, she first shouted at me: “did you told the nurse I said you all can receive flu shot here? I replied: "no! our nurse offered this and the lady who booked our appointment offered this on the phone.” Then she went in nurse’s room said something

Been to this location for all of my babies first year shots. Never had any issues, all staff were great and friendly. will be booking 18 month vaccines here as well.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. I had great assistance over the phone with clear instructions to obtain my daughter's immunization records and was told it could take a while to have it reviewed and have an appointment available. However, they contacted me earlier than expected and got me an appointment for sooner than I thought I would get. On the day of our appointment, nurse Katharine was amazing! Extremely professional, informative, polite and helpful. Great experience overall!
