Horrible pharmacy customer survive. Very rude on the phone when just asking simple questions. If i could give 0 stars i would. Barb at the front is great tho! amazing customer service with her :)

I go there multiple times a week since moving to the neighborhood 1 year ago. The only 2 real cons is they do not have a bank machine or do cash back and they really try to push you to use self check out. It’s one of the few places I won’t do self check out . Always check your receipt to make sure you got the right amount of points . On seniors day it’s a good day to go.They do have good point specials and if it’s an in store special , take photos so if it doesn’t come up on receipt then you can send a photo of the offer to PC optimum and they will fix. If you like collecting points better to go here then convenience store 1.5 blocks away. If you drive no frills isn’t far either if it’s food your looking for BUT their hours here are til midnight which is nice. Their still cheaper then the convenience store down a block or 2 and you get points and can redeem them for higher value giving you 40-50% bonus if you do it when there is promos. Best one if Black Friday 250,000 points which is worth $250 if you save up all year til Black Friday and for 5 days after it’s worth $400. Bad part is they never let the redemption bonus and senior Thursday 20% off ever meet as it ends on a Wednesday

They keeping posting items in stock when they don’t have any stock ….worst shoppers Drug Mart in Hamilton….they post false stock items…..their license should be revised by the head office ….my advice is go to a different shoppers Drug Mart ……this particular location seams to be to only one that misled shoppers…Second reviewMay 23 2023. At 10:30 amAnother day of disappointment…went back this morning to purchase items ( that are showing in stock since last week) it shows 4 units in stock and when I got to the store at 9:30 am there wasn’t any stock…so I went to a different Shoppers Drug Mart location …on Cannon st …and they had stock as described on line…I decided from now I will stop using the 753 Main Street East location…as it seams like Whoever is in charge of stock…are not being honest with shoppers…they just purposely mis inform you to get you in the store to purchase items at a regular price…..I am sure that as soon as the sale is over,the shelves will be stocked up with the items…must comment about the Cannon street location….compared to the Main Street location…it’s like night and day …shelves are neatly stocked….

Security is horrible. The security guards feel the need to intimidate innocent women. I witnessed multiple people stealing during my last trip to the location but the security was more concerned with a paying customer. They followed me very closely all the way through the store (from cosmetics all the way to grocery products) and even stood with me at the cash register while I paid for my hefty haul. While I was cashing out I witnessed multiple individuals steal through the self check out but security was more concerned with a customer being cashed out by an associate. I will NEVER return to this location

Customer Service Review (Not Dispensary)Went in this afternoon for a passport photo after being informed by all my friends that we can get two prints and digital copy for $34.99. After paying, the customer service representative said it is only the digital copy, no prints for $34.99 and I informed her about my friends. She said they were mis-charged at the other stores and they charge $24.99 for prints and $34.99 for the digital separately. I got a refund and started to call my friends to confirm the price they paid. As I was leaving, I overheard the manager tell another customer she could get both a print and digital for $34.99. The manager clarified the pricing mistake and got my photos.The reason why I leave a 2 star review is because the original customer service employee never apologized. She handed me my photos and prints in the end silently and never said anything about her mistake. She stood her ground about the pricing and I almost paid $70 for the service. She did not bother to double check the pricing with another staff member after I explained what other stores charged. I ended up staying at the store for 30 mins for a service that takes 5 mins.I understand everyone makes mistakes but not apologizing for being so strong on an incorrect price is not good service. I left frustrated and felt like she did not care she made an error and caused me to pay, get a refund, repay and stay at the store for my entire lunch break.I appreciate both Graham and the manager who clarified the situation and helped me with my photos.

The security guards that they hire at this Shoppers Drug Mart location are very keen to follow innocent people of colour around the store. Do these guards think anyone who isn't white is there to steal? Management/owners seem to be okay with the guards at their store breathing down the necks of innocent shoppers.Update: Security at this Shoppers Drug Mart location continues to be racist. They stare you down when you are at check out, paying for your items. Pathetic.Management/owners are doing nothing to stop this.

Postal service here is the worst in the city. Called in and was advised my package was here. Get to the store only to find out that the person is on lunch for the next 45 minutes. Thanks for telling me when we talked 5 minutes ago. Why is there no staff while on break? I have never heard of a store closing for 45 minutes or longer while the staff takes a break.

Dr. Ehab is the best pharmacist in this location. He is so professional and patience with his patients. I really recommend this shopper’s because they have this amazing pharmacist working here. Really appreciate your hardworking!!!

No help at all from this location, I bought two men gift sets in which it gives you small samples and you can redeem one of the bigger size of your like. So when I redeemed the bigger size, she gave me the wrong one which I did not know and I also confirmed with her before leaving from the store if they are the right ones, she said yes. When I go home and opened the box the bottle was a different coloured one and after watching a couple unboxing videos on YouTube, I realized that I got the intense one instead of the normal one which was wrong. So I went to the store again with in 24 hours and told them about this situation, they said that they did not have any information about this and come the next day when the cosmetics manager is here, I went the next day and they said the manager is not here everytime, so a couple supervisors told me to come again the next day, the called the managers but no one could help me they simply said we have to keep the products and they could not even exchange it within the perfumes that was also available in the gift set which makes no sense to me at all. I mean this is completely not fair, even after going to the store for 2 days with none of my mistakes, they cannot do anything. Worst customer service ever I have experienced.
