I've been receiving treatment during and post pregnancy for related concerns; chiropractic alignment with Dr. Nirubba Thayalan, pelvic floor physiotherapy with Dr. Crystal D'Souza, and massage with Tashinga Mapanga. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always ask for consent and demonstrate empathy and understanding. I've seen a drastic change post-partum that has helped regain my strength and return to my new normal. I'd strongly recommend their services.

I was in fairly intense pain with a knee and upper leg injury. I saw Crystal and she quickly determined the best treatment for the injury and how to avoid future problems in that area. I highly recommend Crystal. Very professional, but also kindhearted and funny! And the staff are great as well! Thank you Crystal for all your help.

Very happy after meeting Andrew and having my first session with him. He is very knowledgeable (even on my many medical issues) and extremely nice gentleman and I look forward to seeing him again. Also very happy and impressed by Leah who o saw for compression socks, again very knowledgeable and likeable. This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and I am extremely happy to have found this place and met the wonderful people that work there. There was no rushing things. All my concerns were addressed and Andrew shared some invaluable advice on how to improve my mobility. 5 Star all day

In my own opinion Manu is the best physiotherapist I have everHad the pleasure of knowing. She is very Caring and respectful to my needs. She goes above and beyond to provide me with a comprehensive care. She is very compassionate and she creates a warm and friendly atmosphere which makes it easy for me to be comfortable with her during our sessions. She is committed to her work and it shines through me because of her passion and attitude towards making me whole again. Good job Manu and thank you for always supporting me in my journey to recovery.

I had neck pain from 3 days and I went to Prohealth Physiotherapy for relief, where I had an appointment with Dr. Nirruba Thayalan and only after 1 appt, I was feeling better. She was thorough with her assessment and also gave some at-home exercises for range of motion. I had my 2nd appointment with her and my pain was almost gone. I would recommend ProHealth Physio!

I was at this clinic for an assessment for my low back, was excruciating pain for months. I came here and feel much better!!Dash, the Manager of the clinic suggested I do some massage therapy as well, advised me to confirm with my benefits, whether I have coverage...sure enough I do!! I am soooo thankful for her teaching me as I was completely lost, she is such a sweetheart and very professional!I'm enjoying my massage there with Sam!I highly recommend this clinic, their customer service is great, It's amazing, you will enjoy it!!

Very nice location, ive been getting therapy with Ruth for a few years now. She is excellent at what she does and very effective. She knows how to pinpoint areas of stress and treat them accordingly. I always feel much better after each appointment.Ruth is highly recommended.

After a ski injury, physiotherapy was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. I was assigned Crystal D'Souza and I must say that she is an amazing therapist. She listens, guides and provides sets of exercises that are easy to follow. After 5 sessions I am able to get back to my normal day to day routine.

For the past 3 years I've been suffering with back and shoulder pain. I made an appointment with ProHealth Oshawa Physiotherapy and Rehab for assessment and treatment hoping for a solution. Crystal D'Souza with her amazing knowledge and experience was able to diagnose and treat the issue immediately. She clearly explained the problem and then outlined how physio would not only help but probably heal the issue. Now, after just 4 sessions, my daily pain and discomfort have been alleviated and I have an exercise routine to do at home to help maintain my progress. I highly recommend going to see Crystal for physiotherapy!! She is now part of my 'staying health and fit for life' program. All the staff have been very kind, courteous, friendly and helpful.
