Very accommodating for coming to fix my washer. Kept in contact on text. Figured out right away what the issue was with my washer. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of for charges. Affordable, so I didn’t have to get a new washing machine. Answered all questions. And I asked alot. Very knowledgable with all appliances. Just honest and a good guy. Would recommend to anyone.

Our stove produced an error that did not allow us to use the oven. Adam found the problem plus a few others, so suggested we think about purchasing a new one rather than put the same amount of $$ into repairs. So appreciated his honesty. I mentioned to him that the rubber seal/ gasket on my front load washer maybe needed replacing. He checked it, went directly to purchase a new one and had it installed in less than an hour.Needless to say, Adam is now our go-to appliance technician. If you are looking for honest, courteous, prompt service, call him. Thank you again Adam.

Highly recommended!!!Ikrom was very knowledgeable and professional.Always on the time.We had a problem with our fridge and he explained everything that was wrong and what he did to make it work again.I wish there were more guys like Ikrom out there.

Adam fixed my washing machine which is a foreign brand that nobody else in the city was willing to deal with. He was able to find the part and have it back in working order within a few days. I cannot recommend his services enough.

This was my first time using #1 Appliance Repair, and the Service was excellent. Adam was able to book me a next-morning appointment when my dryer broke on a Sunday. He was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair within 90minutes, including extra time spent to get parts he didn’t have on hand, at no additional charge. Service was professional with a smile, would recommend to friends and family.
