We love the candles!! They are the only ones we buy! Nothing smells quite as good!!

Well organized and not too crowded and only down side was they didn't have my favorite buddy spray, but they were restocking it soon

I appreciate all the products that they offer, however I believe they over value everything which in todays economy is a little hard to support.

I must find out if there is an app, would rather do my shopping online. Every Christmas season there are lineups to get in. I don't do lineups...

Excellent customer service, but it's crazy the profit they make on candles. They are probably selling it 190% more than their cost. But we are weirder I guess to find it normal to buy a chunk of wax with a drop a odor at 20~30$.

Horrible. I ordered a package, it took three weeks to ship and finally it never came. When i tried to call customer’s service, there was an automatic response sayinh to “just check if my neighbors don’t have it”. Never ever ordering again.

The wait was long but understandable when the client limit in store is 15 and clients tty to smell each item. I on the other hand knew what I wanted. Grabbed it and went to the cash. A quick in and out. I watched from the waiting position outside two young ladies for 10 minutes smell each candle scent on the wall. If i was an employee and knew how long the waits were offer to help them decide and get clients to get their purchases quickly, pay and walk out to reduce the wait time for other customers.

I bought 8 home fragrances plus some candles from this store and one of the fragrances was damaged and the damage was completely obvious. I came back to this store but unfortunately I didn’t have my recipe and the girl named Megan wasn’t accepte to change a product despite the factory damaged product was obvious and she said according the new policy we are not allowed to change without recipe even if the product has problem!!!. Are you serious ?!!!!! I was so disappointed with the service that I received. It’s been a 4 years that I buy most of my products from bath and body. I don’t know why their service is not as good as before. The price was just 5$ and I don’t care about that. My issue is the service that I received as a faithful client !

I love this place. Unfortunately there is a line up to get in and a line up to pay at the cash. It's a 1h30 excursion.
