These guys are great to work with and caring people. I don't think one person having a bad driving day should tar the company. That is all lol.

After speaking with Renee Wasylyk the CEO, it becomes undeniably obvious why my experience with Corwest / Troika Developments has been such a difficult and demeaning process from day 1. Clearly this companies attitude towards its customers stems from its CEO. I built a 3700 square foot house on the lake 2 years ago in Kelowna and i have have NOTHING positive to say about this builder except that their sales people are good at what they do. From the first PM i have spoken to up to and including the CEO, i was spoken down to, given little sincere consideration, and taken advantage of from day 1. Trust me, in a market that will appreciate the value of your home regardless of developer you use, save yourself the aggravation and frustration of dealing with these people.

Saw a company vehicle speeding in snowy conditions, and driving erratically in general. Such a bad image on this company
