5 stars for the young girl working there. Always smiling and knows how to do her job properly , everytime I go when the others are working it is a very long waiting time and a horrible service.

Pic below. Been waiting on hold so I can ask a small question regarding a package I need to pick up. So in the end, the line cut after 23 minutes and some seconds. Really bad service. I called a second time and after 10 minutes I gave up. I'll try to contact customer service to ask my simple question.

Vintage Canada Post...they left me a ticket to come pick up my parcel after 1 pm. I showed up at 2:30, the lady informed me they didn't have it, and when I asked where it was I was told it was on the truck, and look at the weather outside (snowing) like I was an idiot for not knowing they wouldn't have my parcel when they said they would. 'just come back tomorrow'...sure, because I have nothing better to do. When I went back the next day she recognized me and said my package had been there all along, their storage room was just messy...union employees who can't be fired I guess.
