Amazing service from start to finish. Had a tow truck come out within 30 minutes, Allan the mechanic was incredibly helpful and saved me a huge hassle by realizing the issue with my car was not a starter problem but rather my battery was dead. Fair price as well. 5 stars!

Allan was amazing. He saw us pulled over on the side of the road and stopped to see if we needed help. He stayed with my husband and I until we were starting the car up. We needed the tow after all. Allan was very friendly professional. He put our mind at ease. Thank you so much.

After my car slid on black ice and crashed this morning, Yanick was nearby and immediately offered to help. He was kind, courteous and quick. He explained the entire process thoroughly before giving me a ride home to recover from a rather scary incident. Then, he called to check on me in the evening. I would highly recommend his company's services. Remorquage Ménard has some kind and caring people on staff, and they certainly delivered when I needed them the most. Merci Yanick! I appreciate it.

I just used this company today and they had the best price by far from any other companies in Montreal, They were quick and very professionalI can truly recommend them. Allan the driver was outstanding !

74 dollars for jump start. I am not sure that a fair price. At first i called for towing my car to Canadian tire. He told me that he can boost my car. I asked how much he didn’t tell. When he came he said it must be alternator, he could tow it to his garage and change it for 200-300dollars. When I decided to tow my car to Canadian tire just across the street. His guy with a pickup came, jump started the car in 5 minutes. And charged me 74 dollars. 74 dollars is quite a lot and I never knew that will be the price until the very end. I should have just towed the car to Canadian tire.
