They reset my washer so it turned on again but as soon as I went to use it it got stuck on fill mode again. Paid $150 for them reset the washer and leave, stuck with a broken washer now.

Came to fix dishwasher. Checked some things and basically said my plumbing was all wrong and setting the sensor off so dishwasher did not drain. Nothing was wrong. Charged me $150 and left. Dishwasher still did not work. Have had a previous dishwasher hooked up for 10 yrs to same plumbing. This dishwasher has worked for 3 years with same plumbing. Long story short my husband took it apart and glass was in bottom of dishwasher and impeding drain. Works fine now. Will not recommend.

They didn’t have any idea what they were doing. They were making rude comments to each other about us and couldn’t figure out that it was a broken latch. Super incompetent and clearly didn’t want to be here. Instead of fixing it, they told us to buy a new washer. Idiots!

Repair guys (2) came out and checked the leaking dishwasher out. They identified a few possible options for my problem and tightened up 4 screws inside the tub which may have solved one of my leaks. I was able to identify the main leak by running the dishwasher after they left and I reset the gasket seal for the plastic tank mounted to the side of the dishwasher (think it had something to do with the return flow of water to the drain). Anyway by resetting the gasket seal and retightening the plastic tank to the dishwasher I was able to eliminate the leaking problem and dishwasher works fine now.
