Absolute worst company I’ve ever come across. Their cleaning wasn’t effective and my carpet ended up looking more stained than ever before, once I called them to check it out they scheduled an appointment which they never came to, and then rescheduled but still didn’t come. I call them and my number is blocked. Horrible company and service I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I used BestDry on several occasions in the process of selling my home and to clean my 2 leather sectionals as well as my fabric sectional. I cannot express my gratitude for the SAME DAY service as well as the EXCELLENT results! Fantastic customer service as well. Quick response time and very punctual/reliable. I’m honestly surprised he didn’t charge more for what he had accomplished. Very knowledgeable, and top of the line products. I will continue to use BestDry for all my carpet/upholstery/car detailing needs. I highly recommend them. So incredibly happy with BestDry.

This service is extremely well priced and effective. Large stain with unfortunate bright colour was instantly removed completely. I would suggest this to anyone who has a bad stain. Try this before ever throwing it out. I went to other companies in ottawa and they said it was a write-off stain.

This company is a RIPOFF. I would not support this business in anyway. The owner is unreliable and irresponsible and wouldn’t trust him. he STEALS from his employees. Please invest your money into a better company because this one is a SCAM.
