I ordered two outdoor Kichler lights and 11 days later received one totally different outdoor light. I will update this review on how quickly the company rectifies this. Since these items were already paid for, I think I will contact my credit card company to withhold payment until it is rectified.After this I was contacted by the company manager Ivy. She was extremely helpful and apologetic for the mix up!!! All I had to do was put the mistaken item on my porch for pick up and my (correct) items arrived in only 2 days. Amazing customer service! After this response, I highly recommend buying from this company. They truly want their customers to be satisfied and do what they can to make that happen. Thank you Ivy!

If you're on a tight budget...If they have what you're looking for, double check that you're ordering the right thing (size, length, lamp-type, color, etc)... then go for it. Website has limited information-- mostly DC'd items.I've ordered from QDL twice. Both experiences positive. Each time, order was confirmed next day, shipping notification about a week later, with tracking number. Fedex split one shipment of five items, arrived within a few days of each other. Second order I had questions before ordering which were responded to early the next day.Happy Customer

I ordered track lighting and pendant lights for my kitchen and breakfast bar. They are absolutely perfect! The pendant lights are even more beautiful than they looked on the website. I can’t wait to have them installed.

Great prices and they stand behind their products. I had 2 light track kits delivered and 1 had a defective part, but QL quickly delivered a whole new assembly kit for no extra charge. Buying online, I was worried that I wouldn't get anything or they would charge me for parts and additional shipping...but no, they took care of me.They actually gave me more parts than I needed. Pricing is second to none. I bought my island track system for just $199 and similar track lots costs $500-$700 in big box stores, and my jet style bathroom vanity light kit for just $100 VS $200-$300 in most other sites/local stores.Good deals and they will stand behind what they sell you. I would definitely by here again. It's nice shopping and saving from home and having it delivered to you instead of wasting time and gas going to big box stores that rarely have anyone to help you when you have to ask a simple question.Personally, I would never shop at Lowes again. I am treated rudely or outright neglected virtually every time I have been there. I sent a grievance letter to Lowes corporate and they refused to give me anybody higher up than an assistant manager to talk with despite the enormous stress they put me through.Try Quality Discount lighting and if they don't have what you want, try Home Depot second.

Wow, my order was deliver very fast. Quality of these lights are Excellent all 3 sets. The cost was a steal I couldn't have gotten them for this price no where. They was bigger then I expected them to be for the cost I paid. Wow my home look so nice with these lights in place. Very easy to put up as well. Thanks so much. AWESOME THANKS

I bought two expensive lights and they came shattered and broken which is fine it happens sometimes! But when I reached out to them no one would return my calls or emails or chat messages. Still to this day I have yet to hear from them! It’s unprofessional and super disappointing.

I recently purchased several new outdoor lights from QDL. I noticed a few of lights were defected and they replaced them without a hassle. This company sticks by their products and their customer service is top-notch; therefore, I highly recommend QDL.

This was my first order with Quality Discount Lighting and I couldn't be happier. What a great experience. I ordered 3 outside lights and they are perfect. They were shipped in a timely manner, packaged well, and work perfectly. I had picked these lights out originally from a local supplier that my friend manages. She went to place the order and found out they were discontinued. I was so disappointed as I had my heart set on these. When I found them here at Quality Discount Lighting I was ecstatic! AND they were $30 less per light (and that was after the 25% Discount she was giving me)!!! Oh, and I can't forget the courtesy call informing me that there would be a slight delay since they had to find them from one of their other warehouses. They informed me when they would be shipping out and they arrived in a very timely manner at that point. I thought the call was a really nice customer service touch. I will definitely shop here again and will happily recommend them to my friends and family!
