Unitarian Fellowship of Northwest Toronto

I attended services at the Unitarian Fellowship of Northwest Toronto for many years before moving to my hometown of Smiths Falls. Really can't say enough good things about this unique organization. The people are warm, friendly and extremely welcoming to anyone coming for the first time. There is a tremendous atmosphere of inclusion and since this is a small community you really feel part of an extended family. They hire excellent speakers on a variety of topics and the Sunday services are always worthwhile, engaging and inspiring. There is also a fantastic minister, Patricia Trudeau.They provide many potluck luncheons, outings, social functions and concerts. One of the long time members Barbara, a world traveller, often gives fascinating talks of her travels around the world along with a lunch where you can sample the delicious foods of that country. It was thanks to the Unitarian Fellowship that I received the experience needed as a qigong teacher, as I rented the space for three years and held classes there. Now that I've moved to the Ottawa Valley I'm so grateful for the wonderful Sunday experiences I had, that broadened my horizons, taught me so much, and gave me an opportunity to speak about topics I was passionate about. This place is a gem in the heart of Etobicoke. You will definitely not be disappointed if you decide to visit.
