been going here since i was like 10 since my family lived nearby. ive moved since then but only kayla has cut my hair since 2012 or so and i always love it so i make the transit over. super friendly & accepting staff, good price too; usually costs me around 25$ after tip for a short cut :)

Emma is my girl! She has been styling my hair for years. She has always made my hair look fabulous – even when I used to swap between brunette and platinum blonde (which takes a lot of talent). I haven't lived in North Delta in a long time, but I will gladly always go back to sit in her chair.

I have my hair cut by Dom the owner. He is impeccable in his job. The salon area has ladies that take great care in their work. I recommend this establishment to anyone.

All the stylist are top in their field...from precision cuts to colors. I am always more than satisfied with my hair when I leave. And I'm picky. My husband also goes here and has for more than 20 years. Added bonus...its a fun place to spend time at... family run and great service... just do it...you won't be disappointed.

Hair done yesterday by Maria who appears to be a treasure!! She actually listened to what I was requesting, and made valid and professional suggestions. Thank you, Maria, for a great cut and style. It's been a long time since I was this happy with a salon experience. I will definitely be back!!

I have been getting my hair cut here for atleast 15 years and have never had a bad hair cut.

Knowledgeable staff in regards to doing a professional hair cut that suits you for an amazing price. Cant go wrong!

I am not sure how to rate this salon. I selected this salon based upon the Google reviews and upon recommendations that this salon is good with kids as per the mom's group I am a part of. I came here for the first time in May for a cut and colour by Nina and for my toddler's first hair cut. I thought that everything was professional and Nina was knowledgeable and really good with my daughter. She even took the initiative to save a lock of my daughter's hair in a zip lock bag and my daughter loved receiving a lollipop. The only complaint I have is that they were training a new gal who works at the front on how to shampoo so my wash wasn't the greatest. As I was in desperate need of some pampering, I would have preferred my stylist to wash my hair, but I wasn't given the choice. Despite that, the gal who booked me over the phone was friendly, the salon clean, and I liked it was close to home so I left a decent tip. I liked the idea of supporting a local business. I was told by Nina during the appointment that bang trims are free in between cuts, as they recognize that bangs grow faster than the rest of the hair. As such, come August, I booked bang trims for both my daughter and I to tie us over the remainder of summer. I was assured over the phone by the gal that booked our appointment that bang trims are free and can be done by any stylist. I thought this sounded too good to be true but was hopeful that excellent customer service still exists. We received our bang trims from Nina, but unfortunately, I was asked for a nominal fee as I was leaving the salon. When I asked for an explanation, things got awkward, and I was given a confusing response. Nina stated that they sometimes charge and the more you come then it is free? I had to explain that I was told that the bang trims would be free. She then told me not to worry about paying but the whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I had thought I had found my go-to salon for both my daughter and I, but after this incident I am not sure I want to return. I am not impressed that I was given conflicting information. I have no problem paying, but don't tell me something is free (by multiple people no less) when it really isn't. I can understand if people are taking advantage of the free bang trim service then they should pay, but this was our first time. When something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

My family has been going to this salon for over 20 years. The whole staff is personable, and knowledgeable when it comes to serving their customers. I see Rod, and I have always been able to rely on him to do a good job on my hair. He seems to be equally good at cutting hair for men, women and children.
