I called to see if a particular bike was available. While they did not have the specific model I was after, they had a very similar bike and suggested I come up and give it a test ride. Tanner was super helpful, set the bike up for me to ride and answered all of my questions. While I was out on my test ride, my wife stayed at the store and asked a bunch of questions of her own. The staff (and even other customers in the store) made us feel totally welcome, they were super knowledgeable and friendly; we ended up buying two e-bikes from Trail! The store is stocked with just about every accessory you could ask for and they super easy going. Not once did we feel pressured; even though it was close to closing. I have already recommended family go there and will continue to send people their way.

Great shop and awesome staff.Our plans for riding Cumberland weren't firm, so we took a chance by not renting bikes ahead of time. We showed up at Trail and they hooked us up with top notch full suspension bikes and filled us in on some really good trail routes. We had a blast riding, many thanks! Wow! Amazing online and phone service! Was browsing online for pricing on a fork as I was debating building up a new bike, they happened to have the exact fork I wanted on clear out for an amazing price! Super friendly and cheerful over the phone when I called in with questions about an online product! Ended up ordering the part and the next day got a refund for a portion of the shipping charge because the website charged more than needed! I was shocked! Definitely a first! Amazing service! Shops like this are what make the biking community great!Thank you! Can't wait to receive the new forks! Now just gotta build a new bike around them! Can't wait!

I came into the store, went to the parts desk-while riding an “e-scooter” that needed help.. Without hesitation, the guys found almost everything I needed-advised me where to get head beatings..Cannot thank the team enough, that kind of “pay it forward” help is appreciated!I will always mention your team first to anybody that needs help.

Could not ask for better customer service! My husband and I went in to test ride an e-bike. We were there for well over an hour asking questions and at no point did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. Our sales person, Tanner, was super helpful and patient with us, as were the rest of the staff we interacted with.As a side note, as a bigger person, sometimes it can be a little intimating to walk into stores like bike shops, but I was greeted with warm, sincere hellos from all the staff and treated like any other customer. Even their customers were super friendly and when you walk in you immediately feel apart of a community.

Here’s my story. I was pondering getting a new fork for my Commencal Meta AM 29 and was roaming about Google when I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. But the best part of the story was when I hit purchase. I quickly got a confirmation and then less than two hours later a notice that my item had shipped… I was kind of blown away. The I had a quick question and Susan at Trail Bicycles got back to me just as quickly. The end of the story is that the Fork arrived the next day, and I couldn’t be more stoked. I’d definitely recommend them for anything cycling. Though I haven’t been to the physical store their E-commerce experience was exceptional. I’ll stop by the store next time I’m on the island riding.

These guys are fantastic! Not intimidating for older riders who haven't been on bikes in 30 years. Radney was friendly and made the adjustments needed on my 2nd hand bike so that we could go out and enjoy our 1st day riding. The next day, Mike fixed my flat tire and shared his enthusiasm for bicycling, while making other tweaks on my bike to get me through until our 1st Tune-Up appointment. We are so happy to find such a great service department to help us to enjoy our new (old) hobby! We haven't had time to deal with Sales Dept yet, but they were very pleasant when we came into the shop. Thanks! :)

We had an amazing experience buying our daughters bike here this past week. Can’t say enough good things about this team. Even my 9-year-old daughter said, “They are such nice people and always happy to help!”
