I used Terri's services for a new home purchase in 2023. Previously I had always just renewed my mortgage with the same bank and even ported my mortgage for my last move. This time I needed a broker so that I could increase my mortgage amount and also add on my partner to be able to qualify for the higher amount. Terri was recommended by a friend and she understood the complexities of our situation right away and helped every step of the way. She always remained patient, kind, and understanding, even when we put our home search on hold for over a year.
