Great service, and advice on how to save money on payments. They provided expertise on a few valuable insurance items that I wasn't aware of. In a few occasions arrived after work close to 6 pm and they stayed after hours to service my car insurance renewal. Very friendly and knowledgable service as well.

Eugene went above & beyond to ensure I ended up with the best policy, price, and outcome. By phone (I was in Ontario), he even tried to guide me in getting temp. insurance (Province by Province) to get myself, my mom, and my newly purch. vehicle safely out to BC. These days, who goes to those lengths? So impressed & grateful!

For the past 3 years Eugin has provided my wife and I with excellent customer service. Assisting us with our car and travel insurance has sometimes been involved and labour intensive but Eugin has taken in it stride, always with a smile and an extremely professional manner. Went in to try and get help with registering/insuring my car in BC. Was met with someone who was constantly chuckling at my situation amused with how difficult and long of a process it would be. Then answered my questions for 15 minutes and asked me to leave as he only “allocates 15 minutes to walk ins questions”

Went there for suspending my car insurance due to my car being in a repair shop. I had a personalized plate on my car and these guys told me that you can suspend your insurance up to 3 months max. and your personalized plate number will be sent to ICBC refurbishment center to be disposed.However, I told them that this doesn’t make sense, it’s a PP, paid $100 for that to be made in the first place, and they should call ICBC to check that properly and they tried ICBC agency line, no response so they took my PP and sent it away.As I went to another agency on oak&49th; TURNS OUT that there is exceptions in these type of situations where an agency can HOLD the license plate for three months in their office, if not picked up by then, they send it to ICBC to be disposed.They made me paid the plate cancellation fee as well as the insurance cancellation fee.In short, I don’t think the staff is competent enough to handle inquiries. I’d never go there again and so should you.

We’ve done our home insurance through InsureBC (Mellor-Liggett) Insurance for many years, but only worked with Eugin Mak this year. He has been exceptionally helpful and has given us excellent customer service. He is courteous, knowledgeable and understanding of our specific concerns. He gained our confidence with his open and honest manner – when he doesn’t have the answer to a question, he does the research and gets back to us asap. Very hardworking, conscientious and patient. In recent years it has been tough to find good customer service – no matter whether retail, office personnel, government officials, etc – Eugin has been like a breath of fresh air. Would recommend him most highly.
