Buyer beware. Do not use. Appraisal completely out of touch with market realty. Was quoted and authorized $388.50 via online form sent to me to accept and submit my credit card information. 5 days later on my visa statement see that I’ve been charged $441. No explanation. For an appraisal that jeopardized our completion and was 2 days late. Do not use. Check with your lender and ask them to use someone else.
