All I can say about this place and service is WORSE WORSE !!!!! I don’t write review but I am writing for this place specifically. It’s third time I had worse experience here and I have to write about it. Employee will never change their gloves . They will serve hundreds of customers wearing same dirty gloves. Lady will come from back room wearing dirty gloves and will make bagel for you without changing those dirty gloves . They won’t use bakery tissue or glove to grab a bakery item .

I come here every single day even tho their coffee is usually burnt and no consistency at all. But today I have had enough of this. I ordered a jalapeño bagel toasted with herbs and garlic and I got some egg and cheese in it. I’ve already gone too far from this location to come back. But I’m not gonna return to this location from now on.

I don’t mind small talk in the drive-thru but I would appreciate if the employees don’t question the amount of food I plan on eating. There’s a difference between “Is that everything or is that all?” and “is that all your eating? Is that your breakfast?” Then starts laughing. Yeah, no. Mind your business unless I’m ordering an excessively large amount of food that should be ordered inside.

They are concerned with drive through only. You can stand inside for hours, they keep ignoring you. Once I redeem my 22 free coffees, I'll no longer go to tim Horton. McDonald's coffee is way better

If you are allergic or vegetarian...etc, better think twice before you go to this timhortons location:We came to take our coffee as usual, we asked about the ingredients of chipotle sauce , not only they didn't give us an answer but the supervisor was very rude, doesn't care about his customer .take it or leave it. Zero customer service .Usually the associate are very polite and helpful but the gentlemen supervisor was really rude.Very disappointed.The owner should adviser their shift supervisors and associate about the food allergy and people questions and feedback.

Live so close yet forced to go to other locations. Their tea is absolutely horrendous compared to other locations. Doesn't make any sense , I can't seem to get a hot beverage like any other Tim's... Very disappointing

I ordered a XL Double double and a crave roast beef sandwich.After not being listened to for nearly my whole order(the lady kept interrupting me saying things like oh an ice cap"... I had asked for extra sauce.. NOT for then to rudely drown my sandwich in sauce.. And it had no crispy onions on it.. I will be requesting a replacement order."

When you tried new crispy chicken sandwich- On top of crispy chicken, you get extra crispy bun as well,plus free cancer because how burn of that bun.Very disappointed that staff couldn’t not be any careless on quality control.Slow service as usual. They’re most focus on drive thru more than customer walk in.
