The best store to go to to be fitted for a bra. Wednesday March 8. I assume sge was the store manager she went above and beyond to get the right bra for me. The best service I have ever had. Always buy my PJ'S there also.

This store reminds me of why it might be better to shop online. Took out a discount code from my mobile benefits to apply, and the cashier tells me, Yes

I don't usually leave reviews. But the service here is horrible. My first time buying from this brand and visiting this store left a very bad experience. The manager didn't want to bother with in-store processing returns of products ordered online and quite rudely insisted to have it shipped by mail instead. Wasted time and gas going there specifically for this reason only to be forced to have it mailed in the end. I'm not sure if I'll ever buy stuff from La Vie En Rose anymore (their sizes are different). There are a lot of options with better service than they do. Maybe other La Vie En Rose stores have better service, you might want to check others instead of this one.

the other day i was in the store and everything seemed fine until this older aged woman created a huge problem that could have been avoided. screaming in the store and creating a fuss because she was denied a refund for not having any proof of purchase. these policies have been around for ages and to think it’s still happening today is honestly embarassing and sad. i felt horrible for the poor girl on cash as she had to stand there and watch this older woman harass her verbally. i do respect the fact that she did stay professional and hold her ground as she was just doing her job.

Not the best customer service. Associate just assumed from the beginning we were wanting to shop sale/clearance without greeting us & asking what we were shopping for. And when we checked out that same person rung us through, basically just threw us back our change and no thank you

As my mom and I entered the store, we were greeted by a slim east Indian woman. The woman that greeted us followed my mom and I around as we browsed. We were there for about 15-20 minutes and noticed that the other people that entered the store were not treated the same. This lady was at every corner as we shopped.While waiting at the checkout, she stood by and rang us up even though another associate was at the register. We asked her if she was purposely following us around and she denied it. She was persistent in keeping us within her eye range. We noticed as soon as we reached the pyjama section near the back of the store. My mom and I both felt uncomfortable… this was a racial profiling issue. Of course, she didn’t act surprised or admit that she was following us, but it was evident.We didn’t get her name, but I advise people to not shop there. DEI is a term that is highlighted in your HR manual. Polite reminder to remember that you represent the company you work for.

Well stocked. Pleasant staff. Always have sales, lots of bathing suits, night clothes. Bras and panties are on the expensive side. Girls are helpful in the changing rooms. Sizes md and lg go quickly. Lots of sm and xs sizes available. Girls get disgruntled when having to go get sizes more than once, but it happens when you are trying on lots of items. I have on occasion walked out without buying several items due to this one issue. 4 stars

Everyone there was so helpful. They were able to help me identify the style I was looking for and help me figure out what size I am because I had no idea.

I was recently at the guildford location shopping with my girlfriend for a swimsuit. She found one she liked and I went to to fitting room with her to give her my opinion and help her tie the swimsuit on once she was ready. Before she could even try it on one of the employees there rudely asked me to get out of the way and wait outside. I didn’t want any trouble so I sat outside. Meanwhile as I’m headed out a woman and her teenage daughter walk in and the lady who told me to leave basically said ( right in front of me and quite loudly I might add ) “oh you can come back here and stay because she’s your daughter” very condescendingly, right after telling me there was no room for me to stay and help my girlfriend. They were over all very rude and stand-off-ish and even though my gf liked the swimsuit, since she didn’t have someone she felt comfortable to help tie it so she could actually try it on properly, and get a second opinion and such she didn’t end up getting anything. Tbh I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience at this location and I have come by quite often over the last few years.
