U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

!!!DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL DEALER!!! The hotel is under new management and they refuse to do the work of being a uhaul dealer, they tell you to go use an app and even if there is problems all they keep doing is handing you a piece of paper to call uhaul, you call uhaul and they tell you that the management has to help which even after management is contacted by uhaul he will still refuse or his wife will refuse. They still have all of uhauls equipment so they have access to the contracts and any sensitive information you may have put in like drivers license numbers, credit card info, etc. Oh, and even though you may need debit to pay as that is an option with uhaul, be prepared that this location you will NEED a major credit card as he won't use uhauls debit machine that is sitting in view on the counter and debit visas DO NOT WORK! Be prepared for a nightmare, be prepared doing business here also encourages him to continue ripping off uhaul and us as customers. He knows customers are coming in and he puts a lock on the trucks that don't belong to uhaul and you have to play fiddle with a lock to open the back of the truck to get a key that's sitting inside. Kind of like an adventure but a really frustrating one. The uhaul service used to be great but not with this new management. Again, be very cautious if you have to use this place, it's a complete scam. He's been reported to Alberta consumer rip off and uhaul itself but it'll take time to investigate. TREAD WITH EXTREME CAUTION!

Decent quick & easy

Brutal.Tried dropping off once, and it was a massive process, with a lot of miscommunication.A friend reserved one, and couldn't use the online app to pickup, and front desk was zero help.

Horrible customer service from the supervisor at check out. The new girl at the front desk was good and did her best to help but when she couldn't figure out why something wasn't working, she asked her supervisor multiple times for help and he literally just stood there and looked at us without saying anything. I asked him why he was not helping her and he stared at me. I asked twice more and he finally said, I've already taught her how to do this. She should know by now." Great customer service and very good equipment

Brought back the uhaul to Calgary to find an extra charge on my credit card a week later with no notice to why, got a hold of customer service to find out they entered the kilometers in wrong so I got over charged because of that and they straight up told me they won't refund me.
