I just want to say thank you once again to Harpreet! she's just amazing, such a sweet person, and very knowledgeable. I came to her months ago and definitely changed my skin with the little products she suggested. Today I saw her again, and I had to approach her one more time. :))

Can I give zero star to this store and double zero star to it's associates? This asian associate with long straight hair, big lashes with a stern face and extra attitude gave a vibe to me as if I am not supposed be in the store. Why such big attitude? Is this how you provide customer service? never going back. rip off those fake lashes

I wish I could give zero stars. I walked in and asked for makeup for a 10 year old. Like lip gloss without harsh chemicals, maybe a simple blush. An introductory line with few chemicals. The sales associate told me “no. You shouldn’t give makeup to a young girl”. I wasn’t aware a teenage girl working for Sephora was entitled to tell me how to raise my daughter.

Every time I come to this Sephora I always get mixed feelings. The handful of times I come, they are welcoming and always ask if I need anything, the last few times I’ve gone have been nothing short of a negative experience. Cashier had no clue how to ring a refund, seemed very hostile when I asked her for samples ( which they NEVER seem to have, literally ever..) I honestly resort to online now, which is disappointing. The Sephora sale event is always huge, maybe more prep work, more employee knowledge? Something that gives members that actually take time to go into the store to have some sort of great experience?

The staff were very friendly and sweet. They picked up a call in the morning, helped me with assistance by putting an order on hold, and then giving pleasant experience with purchase in the store. 10/10 girls did amazing!

I find your security guards to be very judgemental, selective (of people who don’t steal), are well mannered and maintained and even communicating regularly with staff (where the staff are able to clearly see their items). On boxing day; the store was PACKED. However, the 20-40 minutes I was browsing for my immediate family and I (as they were all working) I was followed EVERYWHERE, no exaggeration needed, EVERYWHERE- by this security guard. I’ve never stolen in my life- i am 25 and not going to start now. But my question is, do you not pay attention to the other 50+ people in the store (not just myself)? I was trained at 22 in LP (Loss Preventions) and there’s a specific “look & behaviour” that you are to look out for- I did not fit for any of it, but I did count more then 4 people who did. I’m also pretty sure I saw a teenager steal something too.I had also purchased one thing because I thought I was going to leave and I didn’t want to spend more money with the company after his behaviour, but then my sister wanted me to find her a hair product. When I opened the box (in public in case anyone working was looking and wanted to ask or tell me I wasn’t allowed) it was because she wanted to know what kind of applicator the hair oil had. The following never stopped, at all, and so finally I went to tell two staff members, including a manager I believe (II doubt anything was done or said to this individual like they claimed). I told them I’m not going to be getting the item now because of the security guards behaviour (and I didn’t). We ended up ordering it online on another site.You only are given one star because I like your products. I would give 0 otherwise.

the overall performance of employees here is atrocious. I swear these people will do the absolute most to make you feel awful about yourself. Every time i come in the amount of eyes on me as i’m walking around the store is obnoxious to the point where i’m avoiding buying the things i want and i feel like i’m not even able to browse the store without one of the employees treating me like i’m exhibiting suspicious behaviour. Employees should be making customers want to come back and spend more of their money it’s extremely annoying and uncomfortable.

Go see Jasmeen at this store! She couldn’t be more helpful. We searched a bunch of liquid blushes and found the perfect one for me!They didn’t have it in the store so she ordered it for me and it’ll be sent to my house in no time at all (3-5 business days) lol. It’s pretty. Rare Beauty in “Lucky”. Woohoo! It’s always fun to get a package in the mail. Jasmeen is wonderful and the store is organized and smells amazing!!

I would give this store ZERO stars. Every time I went to this store, I have been disappointed. No one seems to care about customers. They are just so rude to customers. I actually heard some employees judging and laughing about some customers there and it is very disrespectful. Definitely not going back there.
