I am so happy I chose Alexanian Merivale to help me with a vision I had where I removed all my taupe berber carpeting and replaced it with pet friendly carpet on the stairs going up and non slip luxury laminate going down, also had the light grey luxury laminate you see here installed throughout the whole upstairs in place of carpet. All I can say is after 4 failed attempts hiring independent floor guys this company delivered on every level. Starting with Will who I immediately had confidence in to the manager who led me to him. The job was executed by Wally one of the best floor installers I have ever met! Job was done in 4 days to perfection. The carpet installers did a perfect job on the stairs an even better job that was done prior by the builders. All phone calls were returned and I did not feel like there was a question they did not take the time to answer as I had allot of them. Certainly taking the time with me they did in selection and decision making was so helpful as it was one of the biggest reno projects I had taken on in recent years. My house has a brighter cleaner look and more reflects my style. I would say definitely make a consult appointment with Will and see what I mean by professional!

Best place for beautiful choices, sound advice, pleasant and knowledgeable service!We really struggled over flooring choices for a recent upgrade. Based on a simple mat purchase a couple of years ago, during which we enjoyed excellent service, we returned to Alexanian Merivale to look at flooring choices.We cannot speak highly enough about the attentive service, guidance, suggestions we received, as the flooring choices these days is overwhelming!The only small surprise was that the floor tile had less brown in it than the sample, but the overall look turned out amazing, regardless.Thanks to Will and his co-workers.We really appreciate your excellent service and quality products that you sell.

We had Alexanians supply and install carpeting and we have purchased luxury vinyl and porcelain tiles from them for both a previous and current renovation, all with excellent results. We have always had exceptional service from Alexanians (thanks especially to Karl D). Like a previous reviewer, the service manager, Adel, voluntarily made a housecall to successfully resolve a small problem with the carpet. We have been very happy with their personal service, and with the quality of all our purchases and with their professional carpet installation.

From start to finish, we had a very positive experience in our choice of floors (to replace carpet) and the entire installation of the new flooring. Ray helped us meet the condo guidelines in order to have the product approved. He provided a good selection of luxury vinyl and cork backed planks and answered all our questions. The installer (Wally) was punctual, friendly, moved the heavy furniture and cleaned up at the end of each day, and did a perfect job with angles, stairs and small areas. Fantastic service overall, both in store and for installation. The sales person at the store was very thorough, let us borrow samples, came out to the house personally to do measurements, and followed up with us to ensure we were pleased with everything. The two gentlemen who came to install the carpets were friendly, courteous and very professional. They did a fantastic job, and I will absolutely be a returning customer next time.

We recently had hardwood installed and the carpet on our staircases replaced by Alexanian carpet & flooring. We are very pleased with the consultation we received, the advice was spot on. The installers were very thorough and clearly hard working. That goes for both the hardwood and carpet installers and they were pleasant as well. We dealt with the store manager also regarding scheduling and he was very responsive and accommodating. Overall we’re very satisfied and would not hesitate to return. Karen C.
