Regional Fence

Sent a request for a quote, when I didn't hear back I decided to call to see if they were still interested in the work. The person on the phone seem like she didn't care or maybe I was disturbing her lunch. Either way I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I drove more than 45 minutes to this address, and couldn't find it. When I called them to check, I was surprised when they told me that their address is in Gatineau and they have the Ottawa address only for post code reasons.

Excellent experience with Regionale Fence (Aug 2018). Somewhat complicated fence between neighbors as well as facing a park. Patrick and team did an excellent job building the fence to our specs and working through issues that arose. In the end, they delivered a very well built fence and gate. Customer focused. Quality craftsmen. Happy to recommend!

We wanted to built a chain-link fence around our bungalow house to prevent rabbits from destroying all bushes. I chose 3 companies for the initial review of quotes, and Regional Fence managed by Mr. N. Genier offer was by far the best in terms of the cost (much cheaper than others) and previews reviews. We are adding our review today to say that Mr. Genier kindly and timely answered all our questions that we have had during the process, the crew installing the fence was professional and kind, all the work has been completed as promised and on time, and finally the fence is wonderful! Excellent experience and so we highly recommend the company and Mr. Genier to anybody considering building the fence.

Asked for a price on a simple residential fence and we were greeted with the utmost respect and professionalism possible even though we had a small job that we needed accomplished they were clearly up for the task! While on site they were able to quickly and clearly help correct existing problems with our existing fence.Will definitely be using this company again for any and all our fencing needs!

This was my fence not even 6 months into installation. I was told that I have a two year warranty and I was hoping regional fence would help me out since my fence was the only one that collapsed out of all my neighbours (we all installed together and shared costs) but they said they could not help me since it was a storm. Yet nowhere does it state that in the warranty document I signed. Now I am getting it fixed by someone else. Just a heads up for anyone looking to do business with them. The warranty apparently only covers “installation issues” and when I tried to explain that it could have been an installation issue they would not help me and told me to go to my insurance.I had someone come look at the damage and they told me that the side of the fence is only attached by two screws. Which isn’t strong and secure enough to last. If I could give Regional fence 0 stars I would have honestly.
