During my first call, Scott Corley, was professional and made the initial diagnosis of the problem with my oven accurately. Service was scheduled three days after the call. He arrived within the window of time he predicted, and called with a five minute ETA. His original diagnosis was accurate and he had the needed replacement part available in his truck. Scott returned the oven to working condition and demonstrated that the problem with the oven was successfully corrected. We were so impressed with his punctuality, professionalism and personality. I can easily state that the experience with Skagit Island Appliance Repair was a 5++ experience and we will definitely rely on this business again. (Lynnette)

Scott was great to work with! He worked us into his schedule on short notice only to further accommodate a reschedule after our electricity went out. The dishwasher fix was easy (but completely missed by us) and required no parts. He was pleasant and very efficient! Highly recommend!

Out of the many appliance repair companies I called, Scott was one of the small few to personally and quickly answer the call; he listened courteously to the problem I had with my dishwasher, and offered to come out same day... on a Friday evening after his afternoon job... I was so thankful as every other company I talked to seemed disengaged, and had a 2 week waiting list for appointments. Scott came out as promised, same day, that evening, and carefully and diligently worked on our dishwasher, explaining every step he was doing, as well as giving us sound advice on how to care for our dishwasher better in the future, so as to avoid service calls in the first place. He was very professional, polite, prompt, he explained all his fees up front, and our dishwasher has been running perfectly ever since. I 10/10 recommend Scott, and will be recommending him to anyone who asks me, and will be reaching out to him again in the future. Thank you so much Scott!

This man did an amazing job. He was warm, and welcoming. Great attitude and as stated before did an amazing job. He fixed our Dryer/Dish Washer super fast, and is an all around down to Earth kind of guy! =D

I called Scott based on the google reviews when my 20 month old dryer broke. He discussed the possible causes for the problem including a bad power cord. He was very professional and accommodating. He had a very tight schedule but nonetheless worked me in. I will say I had called 3 other repair companies but they had at least a 2 week wait time. While waiting for the appointment, my husband and I replaced the power cord which fixed the dryer. When I had to cancel the appointment with Scott, he was very nice and understanding and had provided great customer service. I have never met him, but will definitely call him when I need appliance repair.

Great service and repair work. Very nice man and he has a great helper(Labrador). Scott came out twice as he had to order the part he needed. Both times he was right on time and even texted me he was on his way. I am in an RV and had a hard time finding someone who would repair my refrigerator.

Scott went out of his way to make sure the part I needed to repair my oven came before Thanksgiving, and he came at 7pm the night before, to install it. His work is impeccable, and the service was absolutely top notch. Highly recommend. I will certainly call him in the future for any appliance repairs we have.

Definitely would recommend Scott! He took his time trying to figure out what was going on with our washing machine. And educated me on that specific brand! P.S: Tell your husbands to stop over loading the washing machines lolI appreciate you!

Scott is fantastic. I called a couple of other companies and couldn't get the time of day. When I called him Scott responded and talked me out of one repair and told me what was possible with another. We elected to go with his recommendation. There have still been issues with the refrigerator since then but despite two callbacks he has not asked for a dime more in payment. He stands by his work and that is the best compliment I can give about a repairman. I hope I don't have to call him again but if I do I know I'll be getting an honest opinion and honest work.

Scott was able to diagnose and resolve my dishwasher issue in little time! He was also able to squeeze me into his schedule at the end of the day with very short notice, and was very polite and informative while performing his work. I cannot recommend his service enough!
