Stood at the counter to order, 2 girls working the drive thru, 1 man stocking items at the counter infront of us, another female working in the back. No customers service for 5 minutes. I was getting ready to say something as we were being ignored, then the girl at the back came forward to ask if we had ordered. She knew we did not as it was this person's job to work the front counter. Very unprofessional conduct and customer service. In the chubby chicken burger, the chicken was flat and thin, very little mayo and lettuce...basically tasteless. The fries were half full. It was Very disappointing and not worth the price we paid. The small seating area and condiments counter were clean. Bathrooms clean but floors and hallway were wet and slippery with no caution signs. Outside garbage cans were full, tables needed to be wiped. Parking is limited. I do not recommend this location.

I was disappointed with the lack of quality this food had to offer. My order was not accurate firstly, they messed up my menu items and gave product that was old and crusty. I waited 15 minutes for my meal and was expecting something hot and fresh as I waited a fair amount of time. I got nothing close to fresh and my food was cold, old and crusty. I’m not one to leave reviews often but this was a terrible experience. There was no lineup and no room for excuses. I understand how it is to work fast food as I have worked it before but my product was inedible and frankly gross.

Quality was decent. However my 7 dollar poutine was only half full. This is so common among franchises....where they are not held to the standards and expectation the public has for that company. Like where they give one slice of bacon instead of the 2 you should get. Cheating the customer...sadly im seeing this more often at the A & W. Locations

i work across the street so im usually here a couple times a week. foods great, inside is always super clean, staff are amazing both day and night. thanks to the one girl who was working monday night, you know who you are :)

If A&W would change its buns, to go away from these super soft sponge like buns, there burgers would tremendously improve.Taste and flavors were good, however, you really have to put $7.50 on the table these days for Mama sized burgers only. No fries and no drink.I like this place; they have outdoor seating.

I ordered the bacon and egg combo which came with sausages and toast. The bacon was kinda rubbery . The sausages were not very good at all. Eggs were great hash browns was good pop not very good at all either it's very surrpy as well. Service was great.

I ordered one burger from the drive-through and lettuce, wrapped burger with no cheese when they asked me if I wanted cheese, I said no no cheese and on my way home from work. I ate it while I was driving and didn’t realize till halfway through that there was cheese on it. So the thing is I have a dairy allergy and that’s why I asked for no cheese, it’s not a dairy intolerance. I am gravely allergic like EpiPen allergic and I had to pull over and almost had to go to the emergency room. Thankfully I got my medication in time but this was a huge failure. .

Went today to try the new frozen Root Beer. Ordered a medium size and this is what they served me. To change me $5 and not even fill the cup up all the way is an absolute joke. I don't know if they are doing this at every location but this is pathetic, wish I could get my 5 bucks back because a slurpy from 7/11 cost 2 dollars and is way bigger and tastes better.

Night staff ALWAYS messing up orders. I have an allergy to onions, I order burgers without onions and need to double check every time and more than half the time it has onions still. Ordered double buddy with cheese no onions tonight, finally no onions BUT ALSO NO CHEESE this time??? I’ll just go to another location for latenight drive thru from now on…
